Не так давно писал про Dune HD Neo 4K, которая от части тоже является Android устройством.

Dune HD долго оставалась консервативной на фоне множество Android устройств.

Радует, что Dune полностью не заменили Android свой фирменный софт на основе Linux, а совместили их в одном устройстве.

От Neo 4K приставки Dune HD SmartBox 4K отличается:

— Более простой пластиковый корпус
— 1 Гб ОЗУ
— Вайфай только 2.4 ГГц
— Более простой комплектный ИК пульт
— Нет Bluetooth

Набор отличий понятный и весомый, но и разница в цене в 2 раза. Так что имеет смысл призадуматься о выборе приставки. Радует что сохранился удобный и привычный интерфейс меню Dune, поддерживается установка и работа «старых» приложений от Linux моделей Dune.

Последнее особенно оценят те, кто любил использовать плееры Dune как IPTV-приставки — все традиционные приложения для любимых сервисов работают!

Dune HD SmartBox 4K имеет встроенный Wi-Fi (802.11b/g/n). Также порт HDMI 2.0a, поддерживает Ultra HD 4K с частотой кадров до 60 fps. Имеется технологии High Dynamic Range (HDR), 10-bit кодирования цвета. Конечно поддержка IP телевидения, как же без него!

Проблем с работой приложений от «старых» Dune HD не замечено.

Корректно функционирует традиционный маркет Dune Store, установка приложений с USB-накопителей, никаких проблем и ошибок не встретится. Разработчики «натянули» привычный интерфейс меню Dune HD, так что никаких многооконных рабочих столов Android, вы здесь не увидите. Это на самом деле хорошо — удобно и интуитивно понятно для пользователей разных возрастов.

Что касается Android-части, то все это «богатство» скрывается под отдельным пунктом меню. Есть тут и Google Market, разрешена установка приложений с USB-накопителей.

Android поистине дает безграничные возможности.

Игры, IPTV-сервисы, медиаплееры, internet-броузеры, e-mail, Skype и многое другое. Фактически Dune SmartBox 4K — это уже не просто медиа плеер, а настоящий микро компьютер.

Комплектный пульт ДУ не имеет гироскопа. Однако, с его помощью вполне комфортно можно побродить по меню, «подрулить» медиа плеером и даже поводить курсором мыши. При желании серфить по Сети, болтать в Skype и социальных сетях с комфортом.

Установка жесткого диска внутрь корпуса Dune SmartBox 4K непредусмотрена. Подключать внешние накопители (диски и флешки), предлагается через порты USB 2.0. Скорости этого интерфейса предостаточно для работы с BluRay и Ultra HD файлами любого размера.

Кроме того, традиционно поддерживается работа с сетевыми дисками. Будь то NAS-накопители или просто компьютеры с расшаренными директориями в которых хранятся фильмы и музыка.

Во всех режимах корректно работает перемотка (x32), функция перехода по времени. Любителей смотреть фильмы на языке оригинала, порадует поддержка разных типов субтитров (SUB, SRT, SSA, SMI, PGS, IDX). Производитель декларирует возможность как декодировать потоки звука HD Audio (True HD, DTS HD) в стерео, так и пропускать без изменений на внешний ресивер по «цифре».

Применение внутренних Wi-Fi антенн, никак отрицательно не сказывается на стабильности и скорости работы в Wi-Fi сетях. Казалось бы, Dune HD SmartBox 4K просто идеален для скрытой установки, но к сожалению в отличие от предшественников в новинке нет выхода на внешний IR-приемник. Если вы решите спрятать плеер за телевизор, то для того следует приобрести радио удлинитель пульта.

В новых моделях Dune серии 4K, появилась отличная функция — Dune HD My Collection.

Это приложение для автоматической индексации и визуализации коллекций фильмов. Каталогизация возможна как с локальных дисков, так и с сетевых. Приложение автоматически индексирует и распознает фильмы. Выкачивает фоновые обложки, описание, рейтинги, инфо по актерам и т. п.

В последствии вы сможете легко и удобно пользоваться графическим каталогом своих фильмов, осуществлять поиск по жанрам, актерам, их фильмографиям, вручную редактировать.

Only items that have been purchased at dune-hd.com, can be returned.
Products purchased through other retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy.

The following criteria must be met to qualify for a refund:
