AirConsole — игры для тех, кто не хочет покупать консоль

У меня дома есть две игровые консоли, но для них я так и не нашел интересных командных игр. Собраться втроем-вчетвером онлайн – не проблема, для этого есть множество даже бесплатных игр, а вот собраться и поиграть во что-то в одной квартире сложно. Что-то подходящее можно найти, но держать ради этого три-четыре геймпада слишком накладно.

Так однажды я открыл для себя сервис AirConsole — это набор простеньких мини-игр, которые запускаются на телевизоре или компьютере, а вместо обычных геймпадов можно использовать любой смартфон.

AirConsole состоит из двух частей — сервис запускается на телевизоре, компьютере, ноутбуке или планшете прямо в браузере или специальном приложении, а игроки подключаются к сессии со своих смартфонов. Главное, чтобы все устройства находились в одной локальной сети. Для подключения нужно только ввести специальный код, который покажется в приложении.

Количество участников ограничивается только играми — чаще всего это максимум 4 человека, но в некоторых может быть до 8 или даже до 16 игроков. Поддерживаются все современные смартфоны на Android и iOS, для управления даже не обязательно скачивать приложение, можно подключиться через браузер. Сами игры запускаются на любых компьютерах в браузере или в специальном приложении для Windows. Сервис есть и для телевизоров, но только с Android TV, к другим моделям можно просто подключить ноутбук по HDMI, подойдет даже самый слабый компьютер.

Сам по себе сервис AirConsole, конечно, платный. Есть бесплатный режим, в котором доступны 11 игр с лимитом на двух игроков, — этого достаточно, чтобы попробовать и понять, нужно ли оно вам. Без ограничений сервис работает по подписке — она стоит 329 ₽ в месяц. Годовую подписку сейчас продают со скидкой, дешевле тысячи рублей.

Я, например, не пользуюсь AirConsole постоянно, а просто оформляю подписку и сразу отключаю ее до тех пор, пока она не понадобится в следующий раз.

Более важной проблемой для некоторых может стать перевод, которого в играх нет, — они все на английском языке. В большинстве игр это не так важно, все будет понятно и без перевода, но в сервисе есть хорошие словесные игры, которые без знания языка будут недоступны, это стоит учитывать.

Во что поиграть

Для меня прелесть AirConsole в том, что в нем есть множество игр, которые одновременно веселые и очень простые, чтобы было одинаково интересно всем участникам. Всего игр больше 160, но действительно хороших среди них только около 20. Этого должно хватить на несколько веселых вечеров с друзьями.

От себя хочу порекомендовать несколько игр. Самой любимой среди друзей стала The Neighborhood — это что-то среднее между Worms и Angry Birds, только намного проще. В игре есть две команды, у каждой своя башня и набор персонажей с разнообразным оружием. Цель — ликвидировать всех противников, настраивая траекторию выстрела.

Еще одна забавная игра — Silly World Series. Это набор соревновательных мини-игр, в которых нужно быстро забираться в гору, повторяя жесты на экране, или запоминать длинную последовательность движений.

Если вы хотите возненавидеть друзей до конца, то есть Rat Race — это раннер, в котором нужно постоянно мешать другим игрокам, толкать их или подставлять под шипы. Очень весело и азартно, но может быстро надоесть.

Если вы играли в какую-нибудь из частей Super Mario Party, то вам должна понравиться Mega Monster Party — это, по сути, немного упрощенный клон игры Nintendo. Это похоже на настольную игру, в которой нужно крутить колесо и шагать по карте, только между ходами все участвуют в разнообразных мини-играх. Особенно интересно играть вчетвером.

Стоит понимать, что это очень простые игры, которые по качеству даже близко не могут подобраться к современным проектам для консолей и ПК. Обычно одной игры AirConsole хватает на полчаса-час, зато их можно постоянно менять. Так что этого набора хватит надолго — получается идеальный вариант, если вы не готовы отдавать несколько десятков тысяч за консоль и по нескольку тысяч на игры.
