С 20 сентября в Лондоне и по всей Великобритании начались продажи новых моделей телефонов iPhone 11. Их также можно заказать на сайте компании http://www.apple.com/uk/shop/. Великобритания входит в число стран первой волны, и все новинки Apple можно купить в Лондоне в день старта мировых продаж.
В Великобритании работает программа Trade-in: Apple выкупает старые телефоны и планшеты, и зачитывает их стоимость в оплату любых новых телефонов, от iPhone 11 Pro (скидка до £290) до iPhone 8 (скидка до £70). В зачет за деньги принимаются модели, начиная с iPhone 6 / iPhone SE (до £40 в зачет) и заканчивая iPhone XS Max (до £470 в зачет). С 20 сентября во всех магазинах Apple в Лондоне началась продажа новой модели часов Watch Series 5. Новые модели выпущены в двух размерах, 40 и 44 мм, и в четырех вариантах исполнения. Apple Watch Series 5 в алюминиевом корпусе со спортивными ремешками и в стальном корпусе с кожаными и спортивными ремешками или стальными браслетами, Apple Watch Nike+ в алюминиевом корпусе со специальными ремешками Nike, Apple Watch Hermès в стальном корпусе с кожаными ремешками Hermès, Apple Watch Edition в титановом и керамическом корпусах с кожаными и спортивными ремешками. Для алюминиего и стального корпуса классических Apple Watch есть по 3 варианта цветового решения, к любому корпусу можно выбрать любой ремешок (кроме ремешков Nike и Hermès). Если вы планируете использовать Apple Watch в России или странах, где операторы не поддерживают Apple Watch, вы можете сэкономить, купив часы без поддержки сотовой сети (отмечены GPS, в отличие от «GPS + Cellular»). После выхода новой модели Apple Watch Series 3 остались в продаже, но всего в нескольких, самых простых вариантах исполнения.
