Find out which accessories are compatible with your devices. Easily upgrade to a new iPhone from your current one. Keep track of your orders wherever you go. And sign up for hands-on sessions in store. You can even use Apple Pay to check out from your iPhone when you visit a participating Apple Store.
Note that the Apple Store app and certain features are available only in select countries.
How your data is used
To confirm compatibility and recommend products, the app will access both the services and the name, model, and part number of devices linked to your Apple ID. To turn off this feature, go to Account > Settings > My Devices and Services.

Obviously Perfect
A critical part of the Apple experience beyond elegance in design, beyond product reliability, and beyond integrity in handling those rare occasions when support is needed, is simple thoughtfulness. The facility of use, the intuitive UI, and the ease and simplicity of discovering more and more commands effortlessly is what makes the Apple experience what it is. This is at the root of the deeply held loyalty of Apple customers.
This app is an extension of the Apple experience for purposes of buying from Apple. Nothing bad, nothing surprising, it just works as you would expect it to. Perfectly.
Disappointed
I tried to order some apple products this past Black Friday weekend with no resolve. I tried to pay for the items in my cart using Apple Pay which has my debit card, two different credit cards, and my one-week-old Apple Card. All cards have a close to zero or zero balance and work for reoccurring monthly payments as well as recent purchases at my regular grocery shopping. I spent over 2 hours on the phone with over four different phone calls with three additional apple employees. I figured there were issues with Apple being overloaded with Black Friday/Cyber Monday orders on Saturday, so I tried Sunday and again on Monday. I tried all my Apple Pay payment options and always got “Payment Not Processed.” I made sure my iOS and Apple store app were up to date. I deleted and reinstalled the Apple Store app. I restarted my phone—all of which the Apple employees had me do again over my phone calls with them. So Thursday and Friday, the apple store didn’t work. I invested in the Apple ecosystem to not deal with tech issues. I invested three extra hours in helping Apple become aware of its problems and get more orders. I missed out on the $25 Black Friday gift card, and this issue still isn’t resolved within this version of the Apple Store app and my iPhone 12 Pro Max. I wish someone would help me as much as I have helped apple become of this issue.
Don’t recommend
So on October 12 I ordered AirPods through the apple online store expecting really good service well NO I ordered them on October 12 and it said they would arrive around oct 20-22 well It took longer than that and I was like ahh it’s probably just late days pass and pass so it’s nov first and I had to do some so I contacted customer service through service wanted to save time and was attended really well but I told him my order was taking longer than what it was originally supposed to be I wasn’t trying to make a big deal he said yea my package got lost and he would REPLACE it for a new pair. I check my order status and it says I have to return air pods in order to get a replacement but wait I never even got my AirPods so I was tired of it and callled customer service and this guy was very RUDE about and said he couldn’t find my billing order so I was really frustrated about that. Later that day I called again because this wasn’t okay anymore so I called and this really nice lady helped me out and omg my billing number was there so she helped me out and today I received my stuff but don’t recommend it’s too much of a problem for a simple object not worth it don’t purchase from here just go to the store. Some guy from customer service was sooo rude l

Missing feature
I love this app and use it all the time. However, there is one feature that would make the app perfect. My main use of the app is usually to see how far away my wife is when she is on her way to meet me or coming home from work. Currently, the app will easily show me directions as if I was going to go meet her. I would love it if I could press only one button and she how long/far away she is from coming to my location. I’m sure many people use the app for the same reason. How long til this person gets to my location? You are preparing dinner or meeting at a movie and you just want to know how long til they arrive without having to text them. I realize I can click a few times to open directions in Maps and then reverse the “to and from” but that’s a lot of steps. I live in NYC and traffic is crazy so it isn’t accurate to assume the travel time is the same from both ways.
It’s Good but…
I love The App back then When find my friends was it’s own company and not part of Apple. Because it is Missing a Core feature I still want and is still lacking. Find my friends/ family to ping the location on where my loved ones is located! Like similar to Life360! I don’t know why Apple shut it Off! I used this o the Old iPhones it’s was amazing and Find my app now is Good only for Finding well phone, iPods, or keys/ wallet! I would rated a Perfect 5 if it has this feature! Plus if you can Post store on we’re your loved ones work or what not! Just because it makes sense. If a family of for has all IPhones they should do this. APPLE PLEASE FIX THIS!
A small change I’d LOVE to see added
I’m a HUGE fan of how Apple handles location based stuff. And Find My does great! BUT. I would love to see one feature simplified and improved on. Friend location notifications (when they arrive or leave somewhere). Life360 does it much simpler and more easily. Add a “place” to the map (and be able to give it a label like “home”, etc), and then set what notifications you would like to receive from the other person: Notify me when they 1)leave that location 2)arrive there or 3)both. I think it would be a small change to DRASTICALLY improve that functionality.

It works but could use a face lift to go more with the style of iPadOS 15. You can tell this app was designed before iPadOS existed.
Wonderful app!
Coggle is the best, most intuitive mind mapping software I’ve used. I LOVE the fact that it’s purely web-based. This app is excellent and it works great on an iPad, even recognizing certain physical keyboard commands w/ my iPad Pro. I’d deduct a star because of the lack of comment support, but I’d rate the app 6 stars if I could just because of how much I love it. so 5 stars it is. 👍
It is working really well
Just downloaded this yesterday and tried out. It is really wonderful. It is easy to create and manage. I use the free version and it is good enough for what I need right now. Really happy with it.

Arlo box and four cameras
The hook up was awesomely easy. Mounting and adjusting cameras was easy. Had to charge batteries first. They last months if you just look at the recorded alerts. Pairing was seem less. Range is good. I have not had any issues with durability. The night vision works well. I have tested the voice and speakers, not loud but works. They do pick up movement from 100yds or more. The high way in front of the house with trucks going by will set the cameras to record. The bugs and bees, tall weeds or tree branches blowing in the wind and birds will also be picked up on the motion. I was not able to set the camera view where I wanted due to the sensitivity of the motion sensor. I like that the cameras have a wide view. The video is clear. The alert is quick. You can stream the Video as the event is happening. The volume of the speaker is good. My internet cable broke off the house in a storm. The cable company came and harried it in the yard and the camera came right back when they hooked the cable back up. I did not have to be there to reset anything. One west ward facing camera had dew on it and the picture was foggy. This only happened once. I would buy this system again. I would tell my family and friends to purchase this system. I know that the motion sensitivity can be changed if you buy the subscription, and you cannot turn off any one of the cameras that is always giving you false alerts. You have to turn off all alerts .
Great Video Quality but Beware of Ad Creep
My wife and I use Arlo Baby primary on our smartphones.
Pros: We are impressed with the video quality. We use the music and light features to stimulate our baby before he gets out of his crib. This is a part of his morning daily routine which allows him to ease into getting up and give us a few extra minutes to get his bottle ready. Also being able to view the room from anywhere on your smart devices when you are away from the home is a clear advantage from other stand-alone baby monitors. This comes in handy when you have a babysitter for a night out or might be doing work around the house in areas where wifi signal is week or non-existent.
Cons: The live feed does take a few seconds to load (10-20 sec) which may not seem like a lot but can sometimes be frustrating when you just want to pop-in to take a quick look at your little one. The most annoying thing about the app is that every 10th time you open the app there is an ad to promote some paid Arlo premium feature like Arlo smart. Before you can view the live feed of the room you have to click past it. I find this to be a major turn off and considering regulate two-way monitors don’t do this, it sets Arlo baby a part, in a negative way. I haven’t found a way to opt out of seeing these Ads but I would suggest to Arlo to at least provide such a way to do so or stop the Ad creep altogether.

Excellent video; app not so much
When the system is working it works beautifully providing excellent video quality! I have two concerns that bother me somewhat: I have to reload the app several times a month when recorded events are cataloged but the video is brown and won’t play. After deleting the app and reloading it works well. I would prefer that the activity detection actually works when I’m running on battery power. If it did just limit activity detection to the activity zone that would be fantastic however any movement anywhere in the field of view whatsoever triggers a recording. That’s not all bad but I would prefer that it worked properly on battery power. A couple of times now I’ve had a problem with the hub going off line and others around the country have told me that their hubs were off/disabled at the same time so apparently there is some sort of system problem at all those facilities somewhere. I thought my hub was bad; nothing I tried worked even though I followed support instructions implicitly for a couple of hours each time. Don’t get me wrong though. I wouldn’t trade for my system. I just wish these little things were properly addressed and fixed fairly soon. Otherwise I certainly would have given a five star rating versus three stars. I chose Arlo because I found Netgear equipment to be outstanding and I’ve had very little experience with competitive equipment.
