Существует не так много игр, интерес к которым не ослабевает даже спустя годы после их выхода. Платформер Alto’s Adventure – один из таких проектов (входит в ТОП-100 наших самых любимых игр). Разработчикам из Team Alto удалось создать маленький шедевр с необычайно красивым миром и незамысловатой игровой механикой.

По признанию самих разработчиков, Alto’s Odyssey никогда не расценивалась как сиквел, скорее они старались создать «еще одну игру в том же мире, сконцентрированную на других эмоциях». Кому-то эти слова покажутся авторской тарабарщиной, но попробуйте сыграть в обе игры, и вы сразу поймете, о чем речь. Alto’s Odyssey не только внешне отличается от предшественника, но и ощущается совсем иначе.

Прежде всего, авторы перенесли приключения Альто со снежных просторов в пустыню, сменив яркую цветную палитру первой игры на более теплое и темное окружение. Бесконечно красивая пустыня ощущается жестче по сравнению со снежными склонами Alto’s Adventure, а новый ландшафт таит множество испытаний.

«Одиссея» более интроспективна и после нескольких часов игры вы заметите, что ваше настроение стало спокойным и созерцательным. Alto’s Odyssey – игра, которая заставит вас чувствовать, а это редкое качество для мобильных проектов. Тем не менее, Alto’s Odyssey это удалось благодаря мастерскому сочетанию невероятного визуального стиля, музыки и геймплея.

Новые преграды, персонажи и цели

«Переезд» из холодной страны в пустыню не лишил сиквел привычного веселья. Игра отменно использует преимущества нового сеттинга, развивая и усовершенствуя концепцию и игровой стиль предыдущей части.

Разработчики не стали менять игровую механику: вы по-прежнему управляете Альто и его друзьями, парящими по бесконечной рельефной местности, совершая различные трюки. По пути вам нужно собирать монеты, обходить различные препятствия и выполнять задания, что позволит пройти дальше по уровням и купить новые возможности во встроенных покупках.

Во второй части окружение стало более интерактивным и детализированным – появились воздушные шары, птицы, обезьяны и многое другое. По мере прохождения вы периодически будете встречаться с лемурами, которые так и норовят столкнуть вас с доски.

Передвигаются они быстрее, чем Альто, потому спасаться от них придется, выполняя различные трюки и стараясь набрать скорость. Коварные животные нападают в самый неподходящий момент, что добавляет напряжения и заставляет выполнять трюки, на которые вы обычно бы не решились. Подобные нюансы полностью меняют восприятие игры, пусть даже и на несколько минут.

Если вам понравилась Alto’s Adventure, то и вторая часть наверняка придется по вкусу. Alto’s Odyssey – достойная игра сама по себе. Она не слишком опирается на оригинал и подойдет новичкам, не знакомым со вселенной Альто.

Alto’s Odyssey доступна в App Store по цене 499 рублей. Игра совместима с iPhone, iPad и iPod touch под управлением iOS 10. Есть поддержка Mac и Apple TV, а также локализация на русский язык.
