As a currier there are quite a few things that I think need improvement with this app but most of all the navigation is horrible absolutely horrible. A lot of times it’s delayed and the accuracy is off as far as location.

Navigation can take you down dirt roads, and gravel roads. Gets you to front door of destination, however not unloading area. Also if destination is on a parallel Rd you have to hunt for it

This app keeps stopping working so I have to uninstall and reinstall it. Moreover, most of the time the navigation system misleading me to wrong address or locations.

Forces amazon navigation even when you click the back button limiting what you can do on the app. If D.O.T stops you and asks for a B.O.L. Good luck showing a B.O.L. if you didn’t ask for a paper copy. Also it stopped detecting arrivals at all the locations I have been to.

This app makes the trip streamline. The only time it’s not helpful is when we have to go into a location physically and sign and pickup paperwork bc a few Amazon locations do not have the plate reading technology.

Awsome app but would it be better in the navigation when we are about to take a exit, instead of zooming in, a zoom out, also be abble to zoom out with the fingers, we cant because of a bug thats all my concerns

The app has its good days and it’s bad days. It seems that the GPS does not always want to work and the app has to be closed and restarted and as much as having to restart my phone in order to get the GPS to work.

You guys do not give solo drivers enough time to drop a load. In heading 1,400 miles and have 28 hours from start to finish when I pick up my load. If I did the max speed my ungoverned truck allows, and take my 10 hour rest with 30 min break, I’m still going to be late by a few hours. And this happens all the time. Seriously. Why??

Good experiences only one issue is when we get »alerts» at some Amazon warehouses there should be a way to delete the Alerts because when you navigate the GPS the Alert system blocks the screen and cause you to miss turns, streets and freeways otherwise you guys have everything down to a science thanks. 🌞👍👍

Awesome, makes checking in at any amazon facility flawless.. needs some work for when we pick up at outside places and the GPS doesn’t detect properly all the time. It’s getting better than how it used to be for sure. Keep the «app not detecting arrival button» it saves alot of headache when going to satellite yards

NOT WORKING. Again. App will not stay open. have uninstalled/reinstalled numerous times. Nothing works! I have to work this week and have no idea what days I work. I’m using a galaxy note 9. It was working. Why fix what ain’t broken?

Does not cache the routes which in turn causes many problems for delivery drivers when there is no cell service. This would be a great app if that were fixed. 2 stars because of this problem making the app useless in rural areas. Did I mention about 90% of our drops are in rural areas?

Since I installed the last update, the app will not load and stay open, it constantly crashes. Not sure what the problem is, I’ve reset it, Uninstaller and reinstalled, cleared all cache, still crashes after opening

If you want to install and use the Amazon Relay app on your PC or Mac, you will need to download and install a Desktop App emulator for your computer. We have worked diligently to help you understand how to use this app for your computer in 4 simple steps below:

Step 1: Download an Android emulator for PC and Mac

Ok. First things first. If you want to use the application on your computer, first visit the Mac store or Windows AppStore and search for either the Bluestacks app or the Nox App >> . Most of the tutorials on the web recommends the Bluestacks app and I might be tempted to recommend it too, because you are more likely to easily find solutions online if you have trouble using the Bluestacks application on your computer. Step 2: Install the emulator on your PC or Mac

Now that you have downloaded the emulator of your choice, go to the Downloads folder on your computer to locate the emulator or Bluestacks application.
Once you have found it, click it to install the application or exe on your PC or Mac computer.
Now click Next to accept the license agreement.
Follow the on screen directives in order to install the application properly.
If you do the above correctly, the Emulator app will be successfully installed.

Step 3: for PC — Windows 7/8 / 8.1 / 10 / 11

Now, open the Emulator application you have installed and look for its search bar. Once you found it, type Amazon Relay in the search bar and press Search. Click on Amazon Relayapplication icon. A window of Amazon Relay on the Play Store or the app store will open and it will display the Store in your emulator application. Now, press the Install button and like on an iPhone or Android device, your application will start downloading. Now we are all done.
You will see an icon called «All Apps».
Click on it and it will take you to a page containing all your installed applications.
You should see the icon. Click on it and start using the application.
