  • 180 г муки
  • 50 г сахара
  • 120 г мягкого сливочного масла

Начинка: яблочное компотэ

  • 6 яблок
  • 50 г изюма
  • 15 г сливочного масла
  • 75 г сахара
  • 1 ч.л. молотой корицы
  • 1 стручок ванили
  • 50 мл кальвадоса

Как сделать классический Apple Crumble

К просеянной муке добавьте сахар, соль и порезанное кусочками мягкое сливочное масло. Начинайте вмешивать масло в муку, выполняя кончиками пальцев такие движения, как будто перетираете ингедиенты между пальцами. В итоге у вас должно получиться тесто, состоящее из мелких шариков. — “крошка” (crumble). Готовое тесто поставьте на полчаса в холодильник.

Пока тесто отдыхает, вы успеете почистить яблоки, удалить из них сердцевинки и затем порезать на кусочки. В сотейнике растопите сливочное масло. Положите в него кусочки яблок, добавьте изюм, 75 г сахара и ванильный стручок. Нагревайте, периодически помешивая.

Как только яблоки станут мягкими, полейте начинку кальвадосом и фламбируйте его. Продолжайте нагревать яблоки еще немного, чтобы выпарить лишнюю жидкость.

Сверху ровным слоем уложите тесто. Поставьте заполненные формы в духовку, предварительно нагретую до 180° C, и выпекайте примерно 25-30 минут.

Готовый яблочный десерт вынимайте из духовки и сразу же подавайте на стол. Для красоты крамбл можно посыпать небольшим количеством сахарной пудры. С таким горячим яблочным пирогом идеально сочетается классический заварной крем или шарик ванильного мороженого.
