Перед тем, как вы решитесь отправиться в режим многопользовательской игры, вам стоит пройти обучение и желательно кампанию. Последняя состоит из множества этапов, здесь можно найти подходящих героев, прокачать их, добавить экипировки, полезных предметов и заработать игровой валюты. Независимо от выбранного режима, битвы протекают в формате «стена на стенку».

Персонажи располагаются по обеим сторонам экрана и двигаются навстречу друг другу. Вы вправе вызывать подкрепление в виде юнитов, а также контролировать действия главного героя. Всего в игре насчитывается свыше 30 уникальных персонажей, которые обладают рядом интересных магических навыков, способностей и боевой техникой. Юниты выступают в роли живого щита для главного героя, который постепенно двигается вперед и уничтожает всё на своем пути. При этом, игрок вправе контролировать все передвижения подопечного, используя стрелочки в левой части экрана и набор способностей, с противоположной стороны.

Между битвами, при помощи золотых монет вы сможете прокачать протагониста, купить новых юнитов и улучшить их навыки, способности, купить/продать экипировку и выучить новые комбинации.
