Great for long distance
Hi I’m a real person. I actually am writing this without being asked which is shocking cause I never write reviews. I saw an ad on snapchat and decided okay we will see if this is fun or not. Sent it to my boyfriend who lives in a different state and we got it all set up. Super easy. You add your phone number and that’s it. You can set nicknames and share photos and just general messages. Our favorite part though and I know he loves it cause he never stops using this feature is the challenges. It’s prewritten questions you answer. Some are: who is more likely to or just saying things about yourself so you can get to know them better. I personally like the mood feature. I use it a lot! Are we surprised? I’m not. But because sometimes I feel relaxed and don’t need attention but other days I do I try my best to communicate that with him and this makes it easier. There are a lot of things to do and explore actually and being long distance this app helps us do more things together besides just texting and calling. It’s a space to be intimate together (and you can make it so you use your Touch ID to get into the app) you can keep your love private and fun!
Great for long distance relationships!
I absolutely love this app! It has been great for my long distant relationship. During the week, we are often pretty busy so texting back and forth can become a task, so being able to have a way to quickly show that we are thinking of each other by changing our feeling to “flirty” or sending a GiF or a quick snapshot of my current situation is awesome! The challenges and quizzes are cool too! There are questions in there that I wouldn’t have normally asked, I always look forward to see what his response is. My significant other loves it as well, I thought it was going to be hard to get him to try it. It’s funny how he actually uses it more often then me! And it’s an awesome way to create a time capsule of our relationship to reflect on. I did wish there were more editing features when it came to taking in app photos and filters but besides that, can’t complain
Idk what to say here but it’s great
i literally never review ever but i’m hoping by helping this app out that other people will use it, and also maybe it’ll stay free for as long as possible .
i got this app a while ago with my boyfriend, cuz i just wanted something fun to do with him, in our own space where we could just focus on each other. i also really loved being able to ask and answer questions with him even when we didn’t have the app. but finding my own questions to ask was getting pretty exhausting.
we’ve been using this app now for like almost three months religiously on a day to day basis. it’s helped us communicate more, have a better understanding of each other’s thoughts and feelings, and helps motivate each other to take time in our own schedules to check up with one another. all the questions can also bring up some new ideas for us to discuss, and in general are just p fun.
there’s no better way to review this than to just heavily recommend this. as a real person, i’d like to say that this app has helped my own relationship tremendously and i highly suggest any other couples get this app as well. especially if you have a busy schedule like me.

Obviously Perfect

This app is an extension of the Apple experience for purposes of buying from Apple. Nothing bad, nothing surprising, it just works as you would expect it to. Perfectly.
Disappointed
I tried to order some apple products this past Black Friday weekend with no resolve. I tried to pay for the items in my cart using Apple Pay which has my debit card, two different credit cards, and my one-week-old Apple Card. All cards have a close to zero or zero balance and work for reoccurring monthly payments as well as recent purchases at my regular grocery shopping. I spent over 2 hours on the phone with over four different phone calls with three additional apple employees. I figured there were issues with Apple being overloaded with Black Friday/Cyber Monday orders on Saturday, so I tried Sunday and again on Monday. I tried all my Apple Pay payment options and always got “Payment Not Processed.” I made sure my iOS and Apple store app were up to date. I deleted and reinstalled the Apple Store app. I restarted my phone—all of which the Apple employees had me do again over my phone calls with them. So Thursday and Friday, the apple store didn’t work. I invested in the Apple ecosystem to not deal with tech issues. I invested three extra hours in helping Apple become aware of its problems and get more orders. I missed out on the $25 Black Friday gift card, and this issue still isn’t resolved within this version of the Apple Store app and my iPhone 12 Pro Max. I wish someone would help me as much as I have helped apple become of this issue.
Don’t recommend
So on October 12 I ordered AirPods through the apple online store expecting really good service well NO I ordered them on October 12 and it said they would arrive around oct 20-22 well It took longer than that and I was like ahh it’s probably just late days pass and pass so it’s nov first and I had to do some so I contacted customer service through service wanted to save time and was attended really well but I told him my order was taking longer than what it was originally supposed to be I wasn’t trying to make a big deal he said yea my package got lost and he would REPLACE it for a new pair. I check my order status and it says I have to return air pods in order to get a replacement but wait I never even got my AirPods so I was tired of it and callled customer service and this guy was very RUDE about and said he couldn’t find my billing order so I was really frustrated about that. Later that day I called again because this wasn’t okay anymore so I called and this really nice lady helped me out and omg my billing number was there so she helped me out and today I received my stuff but don’t recommend it’s too much of a problem for a simple object not worth it don’t purchase from here just go to the store. Some guy from customer service was sooo rude l

Good but but problems
In the new PS5 update it’s amazing but the only problem is that it’s very laggy, I have perfectly good internet but it’s take very long to load something and sometimes it kicks me out of the app, please fix this. Thank you for reading. Also why is everyone saying it’s bad, it’s more better that the old one because you can send pictures to a specific party’s and and it has adapted to the PS5 can there is way more useful things they don’t understand stand. Before things were spread in to different apps so don’t say this update is bad because they work hard to make it it may have a land scape problem but they will fix it and if you can use your iPad use your your future PS5 or PS4
Bugs, feedback
The library is pretty basic. On the Purchases tab it is ordered A to Z, and I don’t see a quicksearch at the top, or a Order By drop down so I have to do a ton of scrolling to get to the bottom. I own The Division 1 and 2, but only TD1 is listed so the list is somehow incomplete (I’m curious to know the bug cause for that). The infinite scroller isn’t caching the loaded images so if you then scroll back up and then down again, you need to wait again for the images to load — at least cache them whilst you stay on the current page). I dislike the footer navigation disappearing if you start scrolling down — having to scroll up to make it reappear is a pain in every app that implements it; I know you want to free up screen space, but the footer navigation should underpin all of the screens for fast navigation — it provides permanent context, don’t hide it. There are two missing api requests, the first is whether or not to show the Add-ons button in a given game if no add-ons exist, and the second is whether to change Download to Console to a disabled Downloaded button if already downloaded (I’m sure you know this already though). One last thing, enable the ipad landscape option — even if you haven’t had time to QA it, it will still be way better than using profile, which no-one wants to do.
Old app did some things better!
I really like the look of the new redesigned app and that it includes PS Messages, no need for separate apps anymore. However. PS Messages seems to have taken steps backwards, in the old PS Messages app any screenshots/pictures posted in your message groups could be zoomed in on and/or device rotated to enlarge in landscape so you could actually make out what’s going on in screenshots and it actually looked good because let’s face it. screenshots posted in message groups look terrible when viewed on the PlayStation itself! The app was the only way to see a good quality version of the screenshots.
However with this new app it is no longer possible to zoom in on posted screenshots or rotate device to enlarge in landscape view, instead if you want to actually make out what’s going on in screenshots you currently have to download them to your device photo album, minimise the PS app, open up your album, find the screenshot/s and open them in your devices photo viewer to be able to zoom in/rotate to see the screenshot properly! It’s a really stupid oversight, especially since Sony is pushing the whole share your experiences thing!
