The Apple Store app provides a more personal way to shop for the latest Apple products and accessories. Get recommendations based on the Apple products you already own. Note that the Apple Store app and certain features are available only in select countries.
How your data is used
To confirm compatibility and recommend products, the app will access both the services and the name, model, and part number of devices linked to your Apple ID. To turn off this feature, go to Account > Settings > My Devices and Services.

A critical part of the Apple experience beyond elegance in design, beyond product reliability, and beyond integrity in handling those rare occasions when support is needed, is simple thoughtfulness. The facility of use, the intuitive UI, and the ease and simplicity of discovering more and more commands effortlessly is what makes the Apple experience what it is. This is at the root of the deeply held loyalty of Apple customers.
This app is an extension of the Apple experience for purposes of buying from Apple. Nothing bad, nothing surprising, it just works as you would expect it to. Perfectly.
Disappointed
I tried to order some apple products this past Black Friday weekend with no resolve. I tried to pay for the items in my cart using Apple Pay which has my debit card, two different credit cards, and my one-week-old Apple Card. All cards have a close to zero or zero balance and work for reoccurring monthly payments as well as recent purchases at my regular grocery shopping. I spent over 2 hours on the phone with over four different phone calls with three additional apple employees. I figured there were issues with Apple being overloaded with Black Friday/Cyber Monday orders on Saturday, so I tried Sunday and again on Monday. I tried all my Apple Pay payment options and always got “Payment Not Processed.” I made sure my iOS and Apple store app were up to date. I deleted and reinstalled the Apple Store app. I restarted my phone—all of which the Apple employees had me do again over my phone calls with them. So Thursday and Friday, the apple store didn’t work. I invested in the Apple ecosystem to not deal with tech issues. I invested three extra hours in helping Apple become aware of its problems and get more orders. I missed out on the $25 Black Friday gift card, and this issue still isn’t resolved within this version of the Apple Store app and my iPhone 12 Pro Max. I wish someone would help me as much as I have helped apple become of this issue.
Don’t recommend
So on October 12 I ordered AirPods through the apple online store expecting really good service well NO I ordered them on October 12 and it said they would arrive around oct 20-22 well It took longer than that and I was like ahh it’s probably just late days pass and pass so it’s nov first and I had to do some so I contacted customer service through service wanted to save time and was attended really well but I told him my order was taking longer than what it was originally supposed to be I wasn’t trying to make a big deal he said yea my package got lost and he would REPLACE it for a new pair. I check my order status and it says I have to return air pods in order to get a replacement but wait I never even got my AirPods so I was tired of it and callled customer service and this guy was very RUDE about and said he couldn’t find my billing order so I was really frustrated about that. Later that day I called again because this wasn’t okay anymore so I called and this really nice lady helped me out and omg my billing number was there so she helped me out and today I received my stuff but don’t recommend it’s too much of a problem for a simple object not worth it don’t purchase from here just go to the store. Some guy from customer service was sooo rude l

Love Wayfair App!
I have been shopping from Wayfair for over 2 years. I absolutely love the the Wayfair site and the app! The app is easy to get, easy to set up, and saves everything the way you left it. It will, if you choose, give you updates on deals. It holds what is placed in your cart and doesn’t disappear if you don’t purchase after a certain amount of time like some shopping apps. It saves all your info so you can order quickly. The shipping time is fast, which I love and you can track your order from the app. If you have an item in your cart that happens to go on sale it updates the sale in your cart immediately! You don’t have to resubmit your item to get the discount, which is so annoying! I love Wayfair does the updates on its own. Their items are not cheap, even if they are inexpensive. However, if you have a problem with an item their customers service is extremely helpful and will fix it without having to beg and explain yourself multiple times over. They just get right down to business. The app also is easy to navigate for questions and has a direct number you can call. It’s not hidden or difficult to find like in some shopping apps. Most shopping apps it like trying to find a needle in a haystack to locate their email, phone number, and Q&A. In the Wayfair app it is all listed nicely and extremely easy to find. I would recommend this app to anyone!

Orders & delivery from Wayfair
So far, during my month long remodel ONLY Wayfair has DELIVERED when (& where) they said they would when I placed the order! Thru 2020 CoVid pandemic & panic they were almost always on time (1-day late max), & never “lost” my orders. Their drivers who brought items inside were masked, always friendly and polite! UPSP, UPS, FedEx & HomeChef should try to find out what their “secret” is for timely and friendly (even when masked) Delivery Service!
But I’m a little suspicious of the “reviews” posted on individual items as the comments indicate a Bed is being reviewed when it’s a light fixture, a cabinet when I was reading about a mirror. So now I’m c/o “fake reviews” posted by Wayfair to prompt confidence in purchasing big ticket items by us “online shoppers”! Their generous Returns policy mitigates most of my hesitation but it would be nice to know that the 102 5 Star reviews were truly about the bathroom vanity I’m buying (and having chosen the Wayfair product over one at Home Depot primarily d/t overwhelming Positive reviews) I admit I often don’t read ALL #102 (5) Star reviews, just the first 10 or so as well as 1 and 2 Star reviews but when I did I found many review reviews weren’t about that item at all….
Wayfair -you need to address this issue otherwise reviews are rather pointless.
But huge Kudos on your excellent & prompt delivery track record in difficult times!!

Easy Peasy
Positives: The selection of styles is almost endless on the Wayfair app, and very modern and even cutting edge. So no complaint about style! the selection and payment process is pretty smooth once you have a credit card on file. The prices are anywhere from good to expensive, and they have a great program for “Pros” that gives me additional discounts.
One unexpected positive was putting together the furniture. A couple of pieces of large furniture (mid century modern style sofa & chair) were ridiculously easy to assemble! Like this: insert the back into the base, now screw on four legs. you’re done. The whole couch was put together in less than 10 minutes! Also lightweight. I’m guessing this furniture wouldn’t last a long time in a family with heavy use (?) but for my purposes (staging) they’re perfect. The smaller and less expensive pieces of furniture are lightweight, generally easy to put together, and easy to move around.
Negatives: Well, one has to wait for the product to arrive — so for someone in my industry (which is real estate staging) that’s not always an option. Also the return periods are ridiculously short. It’ll take two weeks to ship it out and then you have only 30 days to return — even if it’s defective! So it’s a real problem if the box doesn’t get opened until the return period is almost exhausted.
