How your data is used
To confirm compatibility and recommend products, the app will access both the services and the name, model, and part number of devices linked to your Apple ID. To turn off this feature, go to Account > Settings > My Devices and Services.

Obviously Perfect

A critical part of the Apple experience beyond elegance in design, beyond product reliability, and beyond integrity in handling those rare occasions when support is needed, is simple thoughtfulness. The facility of use, the intuitive UI, and the ease and simplicity of discovering more and more commands effortlessly is what makes the Apple experience what it is. This is at the root of the deeply held loyalty of Apple customers.

This app is an extension of the Apple experience for purposes of buying from Apple. Nothing bad, nothing surprising, it just works as you would expect it to. Perfectly.

Disappointed

I tried to order some apple products this past Black Friday weekend with no resolve. I tried to pay for the items in my cart using Apple Pay which has my debit card, two different credit cards, and my one-week-old Apple Card. All cards have a close to zero or zero balance and work for reoccurring monthly payments as well as recent purchases at my regular grocery shopping. I spent over 2 hours on the phone with over four different phone calls with three additional apple employees. I figured there were issues with Apple being overloaded with Black Friday/Cyber Monday orders on Saturday, so I tried Sunday and again on Monday. I tried all my Apple Pay payment options and always got “Payment Not Processed.” I made sure my iOS and Apple store app were up to date. I deleted and reinstalled the Apple Store app. I restarted my phone—all of which the Apple employees had me do again over my phone calls with them. So Thursday and Friday, the apple store didn’t work. I invested in the Apple ecosystem to not deal with tech issues. I invested three extra hours in helping Apple become aware of its problems and get more orders. I missed out on the $25 Black Friday gift card, and this issue still isn’t resolved within this version of the Apple Store app and my iPhone 12 Pro Max. I wish someone would help me as much as I have helped apple become of this issue.

Don’t recommend

So on October 12 I ordered AirPods through the apple online store expecting really good service well NO I ordered them on October 12 and it said they would arrive around oct 20-22 well It took longer than that and I was like ahh it’s probably just late days pass and pass so it’s nov first and I had to do some so I contacted customer service through service wanted to save time and was attended really well but I told him my order was taking longer than what it was originally supposed to be I wasn’t trying to make a big deal he said yea my package got lost and he would REPLACE it for a new pair. I check my order status and it says I have to return air pods in order to get a replacement but wait I never even got my AirPods so I was tired of it and callled customer service and this guy was very RUDE about and said he couldn’t find my billing order so I was really frustrated about that. Later that day I called again because this wasn’t okay anymore so I called and this really nice lady helped me out and omg my billing number was there so she helped me out and today I received my stuff but don’t recommend it’s too much of a problem for a simple object not worth it don’t purchase from here just go to the store. Some guy from customer service was sooo rude l

Great App w/ Minor Issues

This app is great for managing and moderating all of my children’s game time. Rather than having to constantly watch the clock to see how long they have been playing, on top of them constantly bugging their mom and I to play, I am able to set specific times they’re allowed to play and for how long. Now that the app will moderate their time for me by forcing them off after two hours, etc. I can just let them get on the Xbox whenever they want and know that they won’t be on ALL day. Yep only complaint I have is that when you add extra time, it doesn’t seem to add the time correctly for some reason. It seems like sometimes it doesn’t add whatever time they still had left to the extra time that I added. It just simply gives them an hour etc. Otherwise, this app is amazing and my wife and I use it regularly now.

Works Like It Should!

Growing up as a kid I played games a lot (My wife and I still do as well as with our son)…but I also got out and played with friends physically IRL and did other activities that taught me life skills. Nowadays you almost have to force kids outside and lock the door. All in all the app does what it was designed to do and helps limit these digital needle users. Just need to add the app limiter to the family app itself so you don’t have to go online to edit times for individual apps. Then this will be the perfect digital methadone!

Great app for managing screen time

This app has made great improvements. It can manage time across Xbox and Microsoft devices. Child access settings are now all included in the app in one place. It’s easy to add or stop time without adjusting overall settings. You can now check balance, add money and see purchases in the app. The multiple time blocks option is great, and this format is much easier to use than the website.

Poor sign in experience

For some reason this app isn’t set up for shared web credentials. This allows apps to automatically suggest the correct password above the iOS keyboard. It’s convenient, but it’s also secure—it verifies the app is associated with the site and authorized to use that password. It’s so bizarre that a brand new Apple app wouldn’t use this feature introduced three years ago that I had to triple check I wasn’t falling for an elaborate phishing attempt. On top of this the sign in form works very poorly with password autofill—the password field disappears after you select the password, then you have to tap a button and fill it in again.

Once you’re past the sign in form, the app is well made and useful—a solid improvement over the previous iTunes Connect app. I do wish it offered access to a bit more—one thing in particular I’d love to see is my next payment date and amount.

Some feedback!

I appreciate this app and use it nearly every day. I have some feedback to improve it further:

— Can you support the standard Share and Translate menu buttons in the long press menu? It would be immensely helpful to be able to use the iOS 15 system-wide translate feature that appears in any app but is strangely absent here.
— In previous versions the territory was shown when you tap a review. It seems this has disappeared so it’s impossible to know which country a review was posted in unless you change the territories filter and it doesn’t disappear from the list.
— When replying to a review could you show the review text? I often have to cancel to go reference the review to figure out what to type next.
— It would be very nice to see stats for number of sessions and crashes.
— It would be incredible to see data that’s in Xcode’s organizer to examine scroll hitch data, energy usage, etc.

Extremely frustrating

I sent my app in for review. I am using a stripe payment API which processes through my website for my customers to buy adpower credits. I am rejected partly because of minor issue with meta data clarifications, Which I am fine with. But, it seems I am being coaxed into changing my entire payment process I have implemented within the app. I am being urged to convert to Apple Pay. My developer told me I don’t need to, because we are using stripe payment apis processed through my website and not in the app. But it seems the only way I can clarify this is to wait on emailed responses. It would be nice to be able to speak with someone over the phone. But I’m waiting on email responses. Very frustrating. I have been told Apple Pay charged much higher fees. Why would I switch to Apple Pay if it will cost more money? Both are respectable payment processing systems. I will be very upset if I am forced to switch.
