Suggestion for Apple !

Please add one pre- installed or one app in app store from Apple ,For bugs/ suggestions / feedback.. where people can report bugs , and suggest some features they wanted for their ease and write feedbacks about the iOS operating system updates and more !
Nowadays, people wants many new things and still many basic features in IOS is still missing which Apple developers have not might yet noticed in IOS pre-installed apps but many users notices many things that are still missing or can be better .. so we should be having an platform for our views , our suggestions, our feedback’s and a platform for reporting bugs and ask for missing features in iOS.. !

Hairline crack

I am an ordinary person and buying an Apple product is mostly a dream to most of us. For about 14 months I thrived for my dream to buy latest model of iPhone. On July 5 I bought IPhone 11, by far the best phone I could ever get. On July 22nd I see a small tiny bit (invisible unless light reflected) of crack on the bottom of the screen( NOT PHYSICALLY DAMANGED) I was shocked and immediately called customer support to notify on the same and get it sorted. An agent answered and told that since there is lockdown no service station are open to get it inspected and requested me to wait and offered me a callback. I never got a call. I waited and waited for about 1 month but the crack was just expanding at an exponential speed. I then took liberty to book an appointment for service. When I visited they just took the device and within 5 seconds claimed it is physical damage even when I am assuring there is not. I called customer support to inform on the same but little did I know that they would turn their back on me. They responded stating the same thing after being on call for about 2 hours. I don’t understand how Apple can build their brand value if they don’t understand what customer is saying and understanding their emotions. Very frustrating and devastated to know that there is no help from Apple support on this and that I would have to change the screen be it phone fault or no.

Faulty AirPods 2 and Disappointing Response from Apple Support

My two day old AirPods charging case dropped from around 78-80% to 27% overnight. I had contacted Apple Support multiple times regarding the same. The first time I was connected to a senior specialist, she claimed that I could mail her any time and that she would respond to me within 24 hours. I mailed my grievances to her, saying that the fixes that she’d asked me to try weren’t working and that if the issue wasn’t fixable, it was fair that I got a replacement; I haven’t heard from her since.
I contacted Apple support again and this time I was offered a replacement and directed to an Apple service centre. The service centre told me they’d check my product first, and three days later are claiming my AirPods have no issue.
I do not think it’s normal for a brand new pair of AirPods to drain the case around 2% in just minutes when the AirPods are already at 100%. I have conferred with people who own AirPods and on comparison, the charge drain of my charging case is highly abnormal.
This seems like an issue that Genius Bar can neither identify nor fix, but nobody from Apple is willing to accept that the product is faulty.

Obviously Perfect

A critical part of the Apple experience beyond elegance in design, beyond product reliability, and beyond integrity in handling those rare occasions when support is needed, is simple thoughtfulness. The facility of use, the intuitive UI, and the ease and simplicity of discovering more and more commands effortlessly is what makes the Apple experience what it is. This is at the root of the deeply held loyalty of Apple customers.

This app is an extension of the Apple experience for purposes of buying from Apple. Nothing bad, nothing surprising, it just works as you would expect it to. Perfectly.

Disappointed

I tried to order some apple products this past Black Friday weekend with no resolve. I tried to pay for the items in my cart using Apple Pay which has my debit card, two different credit cards, and my one-week-old Apple Card. All cards have a close to zero or zero balance and work for reoccurring monthly payments as well as recent purchases at my regular grocery shopping. I spent over 2 hours on the phone with over four different phone calls with three additional apple employees. I figured there were issues with Apple being overloaded with Black Friday/Cyber Monday orders on Saturday, so I tried Sunday and again on Monday. I tried all my Apple Pay payment options and always got “Payment Not Processed.” I made sure my iOS and Apple store app were up to date. I deleted and reinstalled the Apple Store app. I restarted my phone—all of which the Apple employees had me do again over my phone calls with them. So Thursday and Friday, the apple store didn’t work. I invested in the Apple ecosystem to not deal with tech issues. I invested three extra hours in helping Apple become aware of its problems and get more orders. I missed out on the $25 Black Friday gift card, and this issue still isn’t resolved within this version of the Apple Store app and my iPhone 12 Pro Max. I wish someone would help me as much as I have helped apple become of this issue.

Don’t recommend

So on October 12 I ordered AirPods through the apple online store expecting really good service well NO I ordered them on October 12 and it said they would arrive around oct 20-22 well It took longer than that and I was like ahh it’s probably just late days pass and pass so it’s nov first and I had to do some so I contacted customer service through service wanted to save time and was attended really well but I told him my order was taking longer than what it was originally supposed to be I wasn’t trying to make a big deal he said yea my package got lost and he would REPLACE it for a new pair. I check my order status and it says I have to return air pods in order to get a replacement but wait I never even got my AirPods so I was tired of it and callled customer service and this guy was very RUDE about and said he couldn’t find my billing order so I was really frustrated about that. Later that day I called again because this wasn’t okay anymore so I called and this really nice lady helped me out and omg my billing number was there so she helped me out and today I received my stuff but don’t recommend it’s too much of a problem for a simple object not worth it don’t purchase from here just go to the store. Some guy from customer service was sooo rude l

I would rate it 5 stars but there aren’t really a lot of collections or tutorials or something. What’s good is that you can see some cool new features in your device but what’s the problem is that you don’t have a lot of freedom and that it’s just limited collections.

You can’t watch them enough, it makes the apple pro max such an enjoyable product to own.

All data stored by OTP Auth is stored using strong AES-256 encryption. This applies for all data. In particular, for both locally stored data as well as data stored in the iCloud Drive (when iCloud Sync is enabled). The password for those files never leaves your device such that noone but you can read your data.

OTP Auth does not collect information about you or send them anywhere. You won’t be asked to allow access to your contacts or your location. And most important: OTP Auth does not connect to the internet and will not send your accounts to someone else! (Unless you enable iCloud sync where an AES-256 encrypted copy of your accounts is stored in your iCloud Drive. The password for that copy will never leave your phone.)
