The Apple Store app provides a more personal way to shop for the latest Apple products and accessories. Get recommendations based on the Apple products you already own. Find out which accessories are compatible with your devices. Easily upgrade to a new iPhone from your current one. Keep track of your orders wherever you go. And sign up for hands-on sessions in store. You can even use Apple Pay to check out from your iPhone when you visit a participating Apple Store.
Note that the Apple Store app and certain features are available only in select countries.
How your data is used
To confirm compatibility and recommend products, the app will access both the services and the name, model, and part number of devices linked to your Apple ID. To turn off this feature, go to Account > Settings > My Devices and Services.

— Save items you like as lists. Share a list with a Specialist in store, and get a recap of the conversation sent to the app to easily buy what you like when ready.
— Enjoy videos with Audio Descriptions to hear all the product details.

A critical part of the Apple experience beyond elegance in design, beyond product reliability, and beyond integrity in handling those rare occasions when support is needed, is simple thoughtfulness. The facility of use, the intuitive UI, and the ease and simplicity of discovering more and more commands effortlessly is what makes the Apple experience what it is. This is at the root of the deeply held loyalty of Apple customers.
This app is an extension of the Apple experience for purposes of buying from Apple. Nothing bad, nothing surprising, it just works as you would expect it to. Perfectly.
Disappointed
I tried to order some apple products this past Black Friday weekend with no resolve. I tried to pay for the items in my cart using Apple Pay which has my debit card, two different credit cards, and my one-week-old Apple Card. All cards have a close to zero or zero balance and work for reoccurring monthly payments as well as recent purchases at my regular grocery shopping. I spent over 2 hours on the phone with over four different phone calls with three additional apple employees. I figured there were issues with Apple being overloaded with Black Friday/Cyber Monday orders on Saturday, so I tried Sunday and again on Monday. I tried all my Apple Pay payment options and always got “Payment Not Processed.” I made sure my iOS and Apple store app were up to date. I deleted and reinstalled the Apple Store app. I restarted my phone—all of which the Apple employees had me do again over my phone calls with them. So Thursday and Friday, the apple store didn’t work. I invested in the Apple ecosystem to not deal with tech issues. I invested three extra hours in helping Apple become aware of its problems and get more orders. I missed out on the $25 Black Friday gift card, and this issue still isn’t resolved within this version of the Apple Store app and my iPhone 12 Pro Max. I wish someone would help me as much as I have helped apple become of this issue.
Don’t recommend
So on October 12 I ordered AirPods through the apple online store expecting really good service well NO I ordered them on October 12 and it said they would arrive around oct 20-22 well It took longer than that and I was like ahh it’s probably just late days pass and pass so it’s nov first and I had to do some so I contacted customer service through service wanted to save time and was attended really well but I told him my order was taking longer than what it was originally supposed to be I wasn’t trying to make a big deal he said yea my package got lost and he would REPLACE it for a new pair. I check my order status and it says I have to return air pods in order to get a replacement but wait I never even got my AirPods so I was tired of it and callled customer service and this guy was very RUDE about and said he couldn’t find my billing order so I was really frustrated about that. Later that day I called again because this wasn’t okay anymore so I called and this really nice lady helped me out and omg my billing number was there so she helped me out and today I received my stuff but don’t recommend it’s too much of a problem for a simple object not worth it don’t purchase from here just go to the store. Some guy from customer service was sooo rude l

Missing feature
I love this app and use it all the time. However, there is one feature that would make the app perfect. My main use of the app is usually to see how far away my wife is when she is on her way to meet me or coming home from work. Currently, the app will easily show me directions as if I was going to go meet her. I would love it if I could press only one button and she how long/far away she is from coming to my location. I’m sure many people use the app for the same reason. How long til this person gets to my location? You are preparing dinner or meeting at a movie and you just want to know how long til they arrive without having to text them. I realize I can click a few times to open directions in Maps and then reverse the “to and from” but that’s a lot of steps. I live in NYC and traffic is crazy so it isn’t accurate to assume the travel time is the same from both ways.
My air pod pro were stolen but due to this app it help with finding out who stole them.
I recommend this app even if you think it’s an app which takes storage or even might not be needed I think someday it will go to use for you not many but I really want to consider how thankful this app change the fact someone stole 3 Air Pods and money from a locker in my school. My air pod pros were connected to this app and it helped save my life it showed me the direction the distance and the address of who stole my air pod pros. The fact that it manage to track the place where it was taken and letting me disable them which allowed my air pod pros to not connect to their Bluetooth and device made a big difference and help for me. The information on this app allowed me to ask people around if they knew this place and I found someone who knew who lived there I won’t go into details but the help of the school and cops I manage to get a name and as suspicions goes on and the details the app gave me the place it showed me and how long ago my air pod pros were connected to this app made me feel relief and knowing that getting these type of information can make things the best case because in the end I got my air pod pros and I manage to help some other people out because theirs were stolen.
It’s Good but…
I love The App back then When find my friends was it’s own company and not part of Apple. Because it is Missing a Core feature I still want and is still lacking. Find my friends/ family to ping the location on where my loved ones is located! Like similar to Life360! I don’t know why Apple shut it Off! I used this o the Old iPhones it’s was amazing and Find my app now is Good only for Finding well phone, iPods, or keys/ wallet! I would rated a Perfect 5 if it has this feature! Plus if you can Post store on we’re your loved ones work or what not! Just because it makes sense. If a family of for has all IPhones they should do this. APPLE PLEASE FIX THIS!
