How to see recent purchases on the web

1. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com.
2. Sign in with your Apple ID and password.
3. A list of your recent purchases appears. If you’re not sure what you were charged for but you know the exact amount, search for the amount. If there’s a problem with an item that you purchased, use this website to report the problem to Apple.

See your purchase history on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

1. Open the Settings app.
2. Tap your name, then tap Media & Purchases. You might be asked to sign in.
3. Tap Purchase History.
   
4. Your purchase history appears. If you want to see purchases that you made more than 90 days prior, tap Last 90 Days, then select a different date range.

See your purchase history on your computer

1. Open the Music app or iTunes. From the menu bar at the top of the screen, choose Account, then click View My Account.
2. On the Account Information page, scroll down to Purchase History. Next to Most Recent Purchase, click See All.
   
3. Find the item. It might take a moment for your Purchase History to appear. If you want to see purchases that you made more than 90 days prior, click Last 90 Days, then select a date range.

If you can’t find an item in your purchase history

If you can’t find the item you’re looking for, try these things before you contact Apple.

Find out if a family member purchased the item

If you use Family Sharing, your purchase history shows purchases that you made using your Apple ID, but you won’t see what other family members bought. To see what other family members bought, sign in with their Apple ID.

If family members have access to your device, you might want to require a password for every purchase.

To control what kids buy on their own devices, turn on Ask to Buy.

Check if you purchased the item with a different Apple ID

If you don’t see an item in your purchase history, you might have been signed in with a different Apple ID when you made the purchase. Sign in with that Apple ID to check if your purchases were billed to that account.

If you see purchases that you don’t recognize or unexpected charges

• If you see items in your purchase history that you don’t remember buying, check if someone else who uses your device, such as a family member, bought the item. If someone else is using your Apple ID and password, change your Apple ID password.
• Learn what to do if you don’t recognize a charge on your statement from your bank or financial institution.

Understanding the limitations of Apple’s service coverage system («System») can help avoid problems. The information contained in the System is designed to help customers determine if service for their products is covered under the terms of Apple’s limited warranty or an Apple extended service contract, such as the AppleCare Protection Plan and AppleCare+.

For customers whose products are covered by consumer protection laws or regulations in their country, region, or state of purchase, the service coverage described in the System may not reflect all rights and remedies conveyed by such consumer protection laws and regulations. This may include the right of customers in California and other jurisdictions to have the warranty period extended for the number of whole days that the product has been out of the customer’s hands for warranty repairs. In order to calculate the number of days that the warranty period is extended, Apple may require customers to submit the original sales receipt of your product and repair service documentation. Keep your sales receipt and proof of coverage in a safe place

Please put your product’s sales receipt, and if applicable, AppleCare Proof of Coverage document in a safe place. You may be asked to provide a copy of these if there is any question as to your product’s eligibility for service coverage under the warranty or AppleCare service contract. When seeking service, Apple may request that you submit the original sales receipt of your product to verify eligibility for warranty service, even if you have already registered your product. Your warranty is the same whether or not you register.

If your coverage expiration date is incorrect

If the estimated expiration date of your Telephone Technical Support, Limited Warranty, or AppleCare agreement for your serial number is incorrect, please contact us. You will need to send the original sales receipt of your product to Apple so that we can update your purchase date. A sales receipt with the receipt number, product description, original date of purchase, price, and reseller details constitutes a valid proof of purchase.

If you purchased an AppleCare agreement, such as the AppleCare Protection Plan, and it does not appear in your results, you may need to register your AppleCare agreement.

Как узнать где и когда был куплен Ваш iPhone по IMEI (серийному номеру)?

Всем привет! Узнать информацию о том, где был куплен iPhone по серийному номеру полезно по нескольким причинам. Во-первых, всегда есть возможность сравнить эти данные со своей памятью и убедиться в том, что Вы первый хозяин устройства. Во-вторых, при покупке устройства с рук, проверить что продавец не врет и телефон действительно куплен там, где человек Вам и говорит, например, в Америке (хотя и не особо выгодно там покупать-то). Ну а в третьих, возможно, данная информация поможет Вам при создании чека (который необходим для разблокировки iCloud).

Как видите, серьезных причин определить то место, где была совершена покупка iPhone масса, да и несерьезных тоже хватает – например, просто из любопытства. А значит — надо действовать быстро и решительно!:)

Итак, нам понадобится:

Обновлено! Сайт-чекер, про который идет разговор в статье, благополучно «прилег». Насколько — неизвестно. Впрочем, возможно именно в тот момент когда вы будете читать это предупреждение, он заработает снова — такое уже бывало. Если нет, то временно можно воспользоваться другим сервисом, с которым мы познакомились когда узнавали дату активации iPhone.

Переходим по ссылке и вводим emei в специальное поле, далее нажимаем check (проверить).

Проходит пара секунд и…

Открывается предварительная информация об устройстве:

• Производитель.
• Бренд и модель гаджета.

Находим строчку Simlock/Carrier, и нажимаем на Free Check Now.

После непродолжительного ожидания, открывается куда более детальная информация об iPhone, в том числе:

1. Purchase Country (страна где был продан телефон).
2. Purchase Date (дата продажи).
3. Sold To (место покупки).
4. Carrier (поставщик, но в тоже время он практически всегда и является официальным продавцом на территории страны).

Совсем другое дело — это именно те данные о месте и дате продажи, которые нам были нужны!

Как видите, мой iPhone был продан некой компанией Haskel LLC (что, честно говоря, меня немного смутило — ведь я абсолютно точно знаю, что я первый владелец и собственноручно покупал его в ИОН). Впрочем, Haskel LLC — это официальный дистрибьютор, поставляющий технику Apple для многих сетевых магазинов в РФ, и в таких случаях пугаться не стоит.

Однако, если в данном поле указан AT&T или какой-то другой заграничный оператор сотовой связи, а продавец рассказывает Вам сказки по поводу того, что это сертифицированный и официальный телефон, например, для России, то следует задуматься, стоит ли вообще доверять этому человеку — ведь его слова наглый обман.

Купил новый айфон 6 в связном. Подозреваю, что он рфб. Можете вы узнать об этом ? На оф сайте эпл по imai все норм. Куплен и активирован в одно и то же время. Но почему то на оф сайте картинка айфона белого золотой, но пишут что спэйс грэй. Тут тоже показывает картинку золотого айфона, но пишет что серый. И завод пишет: FF Китай. И ничего большего, какой завод неизвестно. На другом сайте вообще показывает factory: (refurbished?). Блин как понимать? Восстановленный что ли? Хотя все совпадает с серийными номерами и imai

Тоже посмотрел, как-то странно все. Хотя нет смысла доверять всем сервисам он-лайн проверки на 100%, вероятность ошибки есть всегда.
Позвоните или напишите в тех. поддержку Apple. Наверняка они помогут развеять Ваши сомнения.

Здравствуйте. Знак вопроса стоит потому что сервис проверки не может сказать точно — восстановленный или нет. Если в поддержке сказали что все хорошо, значит все хорошо. К тех. поддержке доверия точно больше.

Скажите, пожалуйста, телефон был куплен в середине октября 2015 года, продавали в магазине, как новый. а тут написано, что он вообще с 2010 года. объясните, пожалуйста, что хоть представляет из себя этот телефон по этим данным? обманули меня или нет?

Новых «четверок» нет в продаже уже достаточно давно (Apple просто прекратила их выпускать). Единственный вариант, если он очень долго лежал на складе (года 3) и ждал пока его купят. Но судя по всему, это не Ваш случай.
Из себя он представляет старую материнскую плату (б\у), упакованную в новый (возможно) корпус. И да, если сказали что он полностью новый — Вас обманули.

Телефон новый, а то, что написано 2010 год, не пугайтесь, — это дата выпуска телефона, когда он был собран.

А точнее, дата релиза iphone 4
А собран он мог быть с 2010 — 2013 гг. Вас не обманули.

На все 100% этим сервисам верить конечно нельзя, но есть вероятность, что продавец все-таки обманывает. Кстати, при покупке, можно проверить количество циклов перезарядки аккумулятора iPhone — тоже расскажет о многом (пользовались им или он действительно лежал в коробке).

Телефон купил сегодня,а тут говориться что ему уже полтора года. И в комплекте пришел китайский наушник

Как я уже говорил, на 100% одному сервису доверять нельзя — попробуйте еще проверить на сайте Apple и в других чекерах. Хотя ошибки при проверке — достаточно редкое явление…
