includes either the Operating System originally shipped with the unit or, in some cases, a more recent version.
is placed into a Final QA inspection prior to being added to sellable refurbished stock.

Refurbishment procedures follow the same basic technical guidelines as Apple’s Finished Goods testing procedures.

(3) Can I purchase the AppleCare plan for my Apple Certified Refurbished Product?

All Apple Certified Refurbished Products are covered by a one-year limited warranty. For more coverage, you have the option of purchasing the AppleCare Plan with your Apple Certified Refurbished Product. The AppleCare Plan provides up to three years of world-class support for Mac, and up to two years of world-class support for iPad, iPod, iPhone, Apple Watch, Apple TV and HomePod.

(4) A refurbished item that I wanted is no longer available. How can I ensure that I get an item when it’s in stock?

Refurbished supply is usually very limited and we often run out of refurbished inventory. We recommend that you act quickly if you see an item that you like. A product will be reserved for you once you’ve completed checking out and we’ve received full authorized payment. Please note that some payment methods take longer than others and that availability of a refurbished product is not guaranteed until we receive your full payment.

1. iPod and iTunes are for legal or rightholder-authorized copying only. Don’t steal music.

2. FaceTime calling requires a FaceTime-enabled device for the caller and recipient and a Wi-Fi connection.

3. Family Sharing requires a personal Apple ID signed in to iCloud and iTunes. Music, movies, TV shows, and books can be downloaded on up to 10 devices per account, five of which can be computers. iOS 8 and OS X Yosemite are required to set up or join a Family Sharing group and are recommended for full functionality. Not all content is eligible for Family Sharing. Content can be hidden by family members; hidden content is not available for download. Content downloaded from family members or acquired via redemption codes is not subject to Ask to Buy.

4. 1GB = 1 billion bytes; actual formatted capacity less.

5. Testing conducted by Apple in August 2012 using preproduction iPod touch hardware and software. The playlist contained 358 unique audio tracks consisting of content imported from CDs using iTunes (128-Kbps AAC) and content purchased from the iTunes Store (256-Kbps AAC); video content was purchased from the iTunes Store. iPod units were associated to a Wi-Fi network; all other settings were default. Battery tests are conducted with specific iPod units; actual results may vary. Rechargeable batteries have a limited number of charge cycles and may eventually need to be replaced (www.apple.com/support/ipod/service/battery). Battery life and number of charge cycles vary by use and settings. See www.apple.com/batteries for more information.

6. For iPod touch with Maps, the Maps application provides your approximate location using information based on your proximity to known Wi-Fi networks (when on and available). The more accurate the available information, the smaller the circle identifying your position on the map. The feature is not available in all areas. Known Wi-Fi networks are predominantly in urban areas. In order to provide your location, data is collected in a form that does not personally identify you. If you do not want such data collected, do not enable the feature. Not enabling the feature will not impact the functionality of your iPod touch.

This was a brand new sealed in box iPod touch. It came with a screen protector which I changed out for a tempered glass one and an impact case. I didn’t care for the color but with a cover on it doesn’t really matter what color it is. I’ve downloaded all of my music and videos and still have lots of memory left. It syncs nicely with my Bluetooth earbuds and sounds great!

I’m mad at Apple for stop making these iPods anymore. SOME of US would rather download movies, tv shows, music n games n such on our iPods instead of on our iPhones. They take no gb use either. I tell ya iffen I had some extra funds I would certainly buy another Apple iPod Touch with MORE GBS. COME ON APPLE PEOPLE’Z bring US some NEW IPODS with MORE GBS! I LIVE by these iPod touches. I guess they didn’t sell like the phones YET just remember there r still US of whom use them on a daily! I remember when I bought one of my daughters the classic iPods. I didn’t understand her usage of it. Then my younger daughter wanted one therefore I bought her a different one which was the Touch. They had me download n movie n such n I was like WHAT? Therefore I purchased my own b n a 3rd generation. N fro m there on I tried keeping up with what Apple had to offer. I was so intrigued.
