With convenient delivery and pickup methods, Apple is making it easier and safer to get the products you want.
In response to COVID-19, our delivery partners are offering contactless delivery in your area. As always, delivery will be fast and free. Drivers may ask for verbal confirmation instead of a signature when proof of delivery is required. If you wish to request delivery changes or complete signature waivers online, visit your Order Status to find your tracking link.
Get free next-day delivery on any in-stock items. Standard delivery is free on all products. Scheduled delivery options may also be available.
In selected areas, we offer same-day courier delivery of eligible in-stock items from an Apple Store. The two‑hour delivery fee is £8. Subject to availability.

Learn more about dispatch and delivery times, methods and costs.
Delivery options
Delivery is free on all orders placed at apple.com. Delivery fees apply to Apple Print Products.
Next-day delivery
Free next-day delivery is available on in-stock orders. You can see in your bag if your item is in stock.
To get free next-day delivery, you will need to place your order by 8 pm GMT Monday to Friday, or 6 pm GMT on Saturday. After these times, orders placed will be delivered two business days later.
For engraved items that are in stock, your order should be placed before 3 pm on the above days.
Free next-day delivery is not available on customised Mac and for certain order types, including orders paid for with loan financing or by bank transfer. Also it may not be available to some parts of Scotland and UK offshore regions. Delivery dates for your address are confirmed during checkout.
- Premium shipping services
You can choose faster delivery options (in certain postal codes). Some options have an additional fee. - Same-Day Delivery
Delivers on the same day, within two hours (available during business hours on selected items and to certain postal codes). - Scheduled Date and Time Delivery
Delivers on a chosen day and within a specific time slot (available on selected items and to certain postal codes). - Express Delivery
Delivers on a chosen day or within a specific time window, i.e. on Saturday or before 9:30 am.
Courier and postal deliveries
Orders above £200 will be sent via courier delivery and a signature may be required to receive your item. Track the status of your order in Online Order Status.
Orders below £200 will be sent via postal service. No signature is required and order tracking is not available.
Please note that we do not deliver to PO Boxes or BFPO addresses.
You can also find delivery costs at checkout, in the Order Confirmation email and online when you view your order on the Order Status website.
Apple Store Pickup
If this is your first time selecting an Apple Store, our product pages will display Available for pickup: Check availability. Click this link, enter the postcode or the town/city where you’d like to pick up the item, and click Search Stores to check availability.
If you’ve previously selected an Apple Store, our product pages will display your chosen location. You can click See more stores to check pickup availability at a different Apple Store.
Once you’re ready to purchase, select Pickup at Checkout. If you would like to change the pickup location, select Change location. Then Continue. Items marked Available Today will usually be ready for pickup within an hour. Certain items may also qualify for a Pickup Window that will allow your item(s) to be picked up during a specified time window. You’ll receive a notification email when your item is available for pickup. Please wait for this email before coming to the store. If you miss your Pickup Window, you can still pick up your items after this point in the store.
If you would like someone else to pick up your items, select Someone else will pick up these items. To pick up your items in an Apple Store, you will need to bring the order number and a valid photo ID. If you have designated an alternative pickup contact, they will need to bring the order number and a valid photo ID.
Pickup points
A pickup point is a convenient location such as a newsagent or local supermarket where you can collect your order.
When you’ve selected the item you want to order, you will be presented with the option to Deliver to Home or to Deliver to a Pickup Point. Click the pickup point option, enter your post code, and select the pickup location most convenient to you.
If you’ve previously had an order delivered to a pickup location, this location will be pre-selected the next time you wish to place an order. You may change this should you prefer to deliver to a different location.
Once you have selected your pickup location, enter your mobile phone number under Pickup Details to be notified when your order is ready for collection.
To collect your item(s), you will need to bring your order number plus a valid photo ID (passport, driving licence, foreign national ID or military ID). If you don’t have a valid photo ID you can bring any other photo ID containing your full name (e.g. a student card) along with one of the following: a utility bill, telephone bill, council tax bill, wage slip or bank statement.
If you would like someone else to collect your item(s), select «Someone else will collect these items» in Pickup Details and provide the requested contact information. To collect your item(s), he or she will need to bring his or her own ID as described above.
If you decide after you have placed your order that you would like someone else to collect the item(s) on your behalf, there is no action needed on your part. In this instance, the person picking up your items will need to bring your ID as well as his or her own ID, as described above. On arrival at the pickup point, he or she will need to provide their name and signature, and allow the pickup point to inspect all forms of ID. The pickup point will process these details on behalf of our designated carrier but will not retain these details. Our designated carrier will retain this information to keep a record of who has collected the item(s) only and will share this information with the Apple site and no other third party.
You’ll receive a notification email when your item(s) becomes available for collection. Please wait for this email before attempting to collect your item(s).
Text Notifications
We send updates by text message, so you can stay updated on your delivery or pickup order. Just add your mobile number at checkout to receive these notifications. The number of messages you’ll receive will vary depending on the orders you placed.
What to Expect
Once your order leaves our warehouse or is available for pickup, we’ll send you a text message. This will include your order number and a link to the tracking or pickup store information. We will also send you texts on the day of delivery or after your item has been delivered, depending on your selected delivery method, country and carrier. You may receive between 1-4 text messages per item on your order.
Changing Text Message Preferences
You can edit your mobile phone number at any time by signing in to your account and editing the delivery or pickup notification preferences for your order.

Delivery date information
Dispatch estimates give an indication of when the item will be dispatched from our warehouse for delivery. The items on your order will be dispatched as soon as they become available.
- For example, items that show ‘Dispatched: Within 24 hrs’ are estimated to be dispatched for delivery from our warehouse within 24 hours.
- Custom-configuring your Mac or personalising your order means it takes additional time to prepare and will increase the time it takes to be dispatched and delivered.
Delivery estimates give an indication of when the item will be delivered to your address after it is dispatched. You can find your delivery estimate on your Order Confirmation email and online by clicking Account at the top of the page and selecting Track an Order.
All estimates are based on business days unless otherwise stated.
Changes to your order
Once your order has been prepared for dispatch or has been dispatched, we may be unable to change the delivery address. If the order is with the carrier you can contact them directly and they will amend your delivery address where possible.
If you have yet to receive your dispatch notification email you can update your details online via our Order Status website. If you are unable to modify your delivery details here, please contact Apple Store Customer Service.
Tracking your order
For carrier deliveries you can track the status of your order via online Order Status, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. To track your order, click Account at the top of the page and select Track an Order, or click here.
For postal deliveries order status tracking is not available.
On the Account page you can view the current status of your order, view the items ordered, see estimated dispatch and delivery times, and track your delivery.
Depending on your payment method and the status of your order you can:
- Reauthorise your credit/debit card or update your credit/debit card details
- Change your email address
- Change your delivery or billing address
- Change iPod personalisation
- Cancel your order or an item from your order
- Reprint an invoice
- Initiate the return of an order or an item from your order.
Delivery Information
If your order is being delivered to a business address, please be advised that our carrier will deliver to a mailroom or delivery point and will request a signature from the mailroom supervisor; our carrier does not require a signature specific to the order details.
If you provide a home address which has a reception or concierge service, our carrier will deliver to the concierge. The concierge can sign for the delivery as long as they have a fixed location in the reception or within the building.
If your order is being delivered to someone else in the UK, you may want Apple to let them know that it is on its way. During checkout, simply enter the recipient’s email address in the «Email Address (optional)» field within the ship-to section.
The email they receive will display product, delivery and tracking information, but will not include pricing and payment details. They will also receive delivery updates on their order.
Problems with your order
Missed deliveries
Carrier Delivery: If you are not at home when the carrier attempts to deliver your order, the carrier will leave a card. You can contact the carrier directly for a new delivery appointment during working hours at a suitable date and even amend your delivery address.
If your order has passed the scheduled delivery date in your dispatch notification email, please contact Apple Store Customer Service. We will investigate with the appropriate carrier and strive to deliver your order as soon as possible.
Postal Delivery: If you are not at home for a postal delivery or your order cannot be delivered, a card with collection details will be left for you. In most cases, you can collect your order from the Postal Delivery Office where it is being held and you may be able to arrange a redelivery.
You can track your order by clicking Account at the top of the page and selecting Track an Order. If your order is being delivered by the postal service and you have not received it 5 days after dispatch, please contact Apple Store Customer Service.
Damaged or defective orders
If you have received your order and find that it is damaged, please call Apple Store Customer Service.
In case of any damage to your delivery, Apple will be in direct contact with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible with as little inconvenience to you. We will make every effort to contact you and keep you informed of the progress of our investigation and where appropriate, deliver a replacement.
If you’re having trouble with your new Apple product or believe it is defective, please call AppleCare immediately. If you are having trouble with non-Apple branded hardware, you should contact the manufacturer directly or contact Apple Store Customer Service.
Missing Invoices
Within 3-5 days of your order being delivered, you should receive an official Apple invoice by e-mail. If you do not receive this invoice or if you require an additional copy for your records, you will be able to print your invoice on our Order Status website.
Cancellations, returns and refunds
Cancellations
If your order has not yet been dispatched, you can cancel your order on our online Order Status website. If your order is preparing for shipment or already in transit, please wait for your order to be delivered before initiating the return on our Order Status website or by contacting Apple Store Customer Service. Please note that you may be liable for a return transportation charge.
Returns and Refunds
Returns can be arranged via our Order Status website. Please visit our Step-by-Step Guide to learn how to return an item online.
Returns are subject to Apple’s Sales and Refunds Policy. If you change your mind, you can return your Standard or Configured-to-Order hardware to us within 14 calendar days of delivery. Software returns are also accepted within this period, but only if the software package is unopened. Gift cards are not eligible for return. This option is in addition to your consumer rights to return defective products. Standard Returns Policy
You have the right to cancel your order, return a product or cancel a service contract for any reason, within your statutory rights. To return a product purchased from the Apple Store or cancel a service contract, please send your intent to return or cancel to us anytime prior to the date 14 days after the date you, or a person indicated by you, acquired physical possession of the product(s), or from the date of conclusion of the service contract. If you ordered multiple products in the same order, please send your intent to return to us anytime prior to the date 14 days after the date you, or a person indicated by you, acquired physical possession of the last product in the order. To exercise these rights, you need only provide us with a clear expression of your intent to return a product or cancel an order or service contract. You can notify us by either sending the model form found at the end of this Policy, submitting the electronic form found online at http://www.apple.com/uk/shop/account/home, calling our freephone number on 0800 048 0408 or sending an email to contactus.uk@euro.apple.com.
Once you notify us of your intent to return, simply return the product with the original receipt, original packaging and its included accessories to us. You have a further 14 days after indicating your intent to return or cancel a service contract to then return your products or arrange for their collection.
Please note that you may not return the following, except in case of defect or lack of conformity:
- Electronic software downloads when download has begun with your prior express consent and acknowledgement that you lose your right of withdrawal.
- Subscriptions to the Software Up-to-Date Programme, iTunes Gift Cards, Apple Store Gift Cards and any Apple Developer products.
- Services, like gift packaging, after the services have been fully performed if performance has begun with your prior express consent and acknowledgement that you lose your right of withdrawal once the services have been fully performed. If services have not been fully performed, and you have requested performance to begin within 14 days from the date of conclusion of the service contract, you will be charged an amount proportional to the services rendered until the time you have informed us of your intent to cancel the service contract.
- Sealed computer software that was unsealed after delivery.
If the product is damaged, we may offset the amount of your refund by the diminished value of the product.
We will refund all costs paid by you associated with the product or service, except for any express delivery costs (when you have not selected standard delivery).

Wireless Services
Some Apple products utilise wireless services that may incur extra costs and are governed by the terms of a separate agreement between you and your selected wireless service provider. For more information, contact your wireless service provider.
Pricing and Price Reductions/Corrections
Apple reserves the right to change prices for products displayed on the Apple Store at any time and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. Any price changes will not affect an order that has already been accepted by Apple. In the event of a pricing error, we will notify you of the error and allow you to either proceed with the transaction at the correct price or cancel your order at no cost to you. Additional information about pricing and taxes is available in the Payment & Pricing section of the Help page located at http://www.apple.com/uk/shop/help/payments.
In addition to your right to cancel your order, return a product or cancel a service contract for any reason as explained above, should Apple reduce its price on any Apple-branded product within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your product, feel free to contact the Apple Store by freephone on 0800 048 0408 to request a refund or credit of the difference between the price you were charged and the current selling price. To receive the refund or credit, you must contact Apple within 14 calendar days of the price change. Please note that this excludes limited-time price reductions, such as those that occur during special sales events.
Order, Order Acknowledgement and Order Acceptance
To place an order for products or services at the Apple Store, you can visit the store website at http://www.apple.com/uk or use the Apple Store mobile app, and then simply add the products you wish to your shopping bag, check out (using your chosen payment method) with your Apple ID or as a guest customer, and have your items shipped to you or to a person designated by you. Alternatively, you can call the Apple Store freephone number on 0800 048 0408 Mon-Fri 08:00-20:00, Sat-Sun 09:00-18:00 and an Apple Specialist will assist you through the entire order process, from product selection to payment method. Whichever way you choose to order, you will be given an opportunity to review your order prior to submitting it. Once you have placed your order, we will provide you with a web order number.
Within a few minutes after we receive your order, we’ll email you an order confirmation. As with the web order number, the order confirmation email does not signify our acceptance of your order; we are simply confirming that we received your order. Once we have processed your order and prepared it for shipping, we will send you an email stating that we have accepted your order, which will include the shipment details (the “Shipment Notification Email”). The decision to accept your order is in our sole discretion. Because we want to make sure that we have your product available, we won’t accept your order until we have prepared your product for shipping. In most cases, this will be within 24 hours for items that are in stock. For items that are not in stock, you will receive the Order Acceptance Email when the item becomes available and has been prepared for shipping, which in no event will be later than the “ships” timeframe presented to you at checkout. Once we have sent and you have received the Order Acceptance Email, Apple will have formed a contract with you (we will include the key terms of the contract in this acceptance email). Shipping & Delivery
The Apple Store offers standard and express delivery options. The standard delivery is free of charge for any order exceeding a certain amount. For orders below this amount or for express delivery, shipping fees will apply. Please visit http://www.apple.com/uk/shop/help/shipping_delivery for the current shipping rates and fees. Your order will be shipped once all products of your order are available for a bundle delivery. Orders will not be accepted and products will not be delivered to any address outside the United Kingdom and the Isle of Man.

Please note that the actual delivery of your order can be impacted by many events beyond Apple’s control once it leaves our facilities. As Apple takes care of the dispatch of the products you purchase on the Apple Store, the risk of loss of, or damage to, product(s) shall pass to you when you, or a person designated by you, acquires physical possession of the product(s). Title in the product(s) shall pass to you when the product(s) is picked up by the carrier from our warehouse. At this point, you will receive the Shipment Notification Email. If there are any issues with delivery, please contact Apple to resolve.
Pickup Points
Apple offers pickup points from convenient locations for many of the items available on the Online Store. Certain products, however, may not qualify for collection at pickup points. Only you or the person designated by you may pick up the item(s) purchased. A form of identity and order number will be required for collection by you. Or, you may designate a third party to pick up your order. You must provide the name and email address of the third party and the third party will need to bring a form of identity and order number for collection. Apple is not responsible for actions taken by the third party once your item(s) have been picked up. Apple will notify you when your order is ready and the date by which you need to pick up your items. Apple will also send you a reminder or two, just in case it slips your mind. If you don’t pick up your order, Apple may cancel it. Items purchased on the Online Store for Business or the Online Store for Education and items purchased with loan financing may not be collected from pickup points. Apple One-Year Limited Manufacturer Warranty
Apple provides a one-year limited manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for any new Apple-branded product. The applicable warranty terms and conditions can be reviewed at http://www.apple.com/uk/legal/warranty/ and are also contained in your Apple hardware box. The Apple One-Year Limited Warranty does not apply to products that are not Apple-branded, even if packaged or sold with Apple products. Non-Apple-branded products may have the benefit of a manufacturer’s warranty provided by the product manufacturer — please see your product box and literature for details.
Consumer Law Rights
The Apple One-Year Limited Warranty or, in the case of products that are not Apple-branded, the product manufacturer’s warranty (as appropriate) are separate from and in addition to consumer rights provided under UK consumer law. For details, click here.

Export
This contract is subject to applicable export control laws. You may not export any product purchased from the Apple Store to another country or region if prohibited by export control laws. If you do plan to export an Apple product to another country or region, you must obtain any legally required export licences (or other government approvals) prior to doing so.
Product Availability and Limitations
Given the popularity and/or supply constraints of some of our products, Apple may have to limit the number of products available for purchase. Trust us, we’re building them as fast as we can. Apple reserves the right to change quantities available for purchase at any time, even after you place an order, provided Apple has not yet accepted your order.
Payments
If you are paying by credit card, when you submit your order, we may block up to the total amount of the order on your credit card. If we do not receive authorisation from your credit card issuer, we will inform you so that you can provide us with another payment method. Your credit card will be charged once we accept your order.
We reserve the right to verify the identity of the card holder. To ensure that your credit or debit card is not being used without your consent, we will validate name, address and other personal information supplied by you during the order process against information held by the card issuer and integrator. By accepting these terms and conditions, you consent to such checks being made.

The Apple Online Store, the Apple Store mobile app and the Apple Contact Centre are operated by Apple Distribution International Ltd., which is a company incorporated in the Republic of Ireland with its registered office at Hollyhill Industrial Estate, Hollyhill, Cork, Ireland and with registered number 470672 at the Companies Registration Office of Ireland.
To make it visually easier on both of us, we’ll refer to the Apple Online Store, the Apple Store mobile app and the Apple Contact Centre as the “Apple Online Store” and to Apple Retail UK Limited as “Apple Retail”, “we” or “us”.
The Apple Retail’s legal business name in the United Kingdom is ‘Apple Retail UK Limited’ with registration number 4996702.

As you have chosen to pick up one or more of your products at an Apple Retail Store, these Apple Store Pickup Terms apply to the sales contract between you and Apple Retail along with the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. You need to be at least 18 years old to place orders on the Apple Online Store.
Standard Returns Policy
As you have ordered your product(s) through Apple Online Store and chosen to pick up one or more of your products at Apple Retail, you can cancel your order, return a product or cancel a service contract by contacting the Apple Online Store, or once you have received or picked up your item, take it to the Apple Retail Store.
Standard Returns to Apple Online Store
You have the right to cancel your order, return a product or cancel a service contract for any reason, within your statutory rights. To return a product to the Apple Online Store or cancel a service contract, please send your intent to return or cancel to us anytime prior to the date 14 days after the date you, or a person indicated by you, acquired physical possession of the product(s), or from the date of conclusion of the service contract. If you ordered multiple products in the same order, please send your intent to return to us anytime prior to the date 14 days after the date you, or a person indicated by you, acquired physical possession of the last product in the order. To exercise these rights, you need only provide us with a clear expression of your intent to return a product or cancel an order or service contract. You can notify us by either sending the model form found at the end of this Policy, submitting the electronic form found online at http://www.apple.com/uk/shop/account/home, calling our freephone number on 0800 048 0408 or sending an email to contactus.uk@euro.apple.com.
Once you notify us of your intent to return, simply return the product with the original receipt, original packaging and its included accessories to us. You have a further 14 days after indicating your intent to return or cancel a service contract to then return your products or arrange for their collection. Once we pick up the product or, in the event you are delivering the product to the carrier, we receive the product or proof that it has been shipped, we’ll provide you with a refund based on the original payment method within 14 days.
Please note that you may not return the following, except in case of defect or lack of conformity:
- Electronic software downloads when download has begun with your prior express consent and acknowledgement that you lose your right of withdrawal.
- Subscriptions to the Software Up-to-Date Programme, iTunes Gift Cards, Apple Store Gift Cards and any Apple Developer products.
- Services, like gift packaging, after the services have been fully performed if performance has begun with your prior express consent and acknowledgement that you lose your right of withdrawal once the services have been fully performed. If services have not been fully performed, and you have requested performance to begin within 14 days from the date of conclusion of the service contract, you will be charged an amount proportional to the services rendered until the time you have informed us of your intent to cancel the service contract.
- Sealed computer software that was unsealed after delivery.
If the product is damaged, we may offset the amount of your refund by the diminished value of the product.
We will refund all costs paid by you associated with the product or service, except for any express delivery costs (when you have not selected standard delivery).

Standard Returns to Apple Retail
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product with the original receipt, original packaging and its included accessories within fourteen (14) calendar days of picking up your product(s). Should you wish to return your products to an Apple Retail Store, this must be a Retail Store within the UK.
The following additional restrictions apply to these returns:
- If the item is returned in the original box with included accessories, we will exchange it or offer a refund.
- Opened software, memory and other media can be exchanged for the same item, but cannot be returned for a refund.
- Custom-configured products, including personalised iPads, cannot be returned or exchanged.
If you are a consumer and have purchased faulty or mis-described products, you should return them as soon as possible after discovery of the fault or mis-description. You must also provide the original receipt or proof of purchase. If investigation reveals the products as sold were faulty or mis-described, Apple will replace or repair them or provide you with a full refund.
All refunds under this Policy will be made using the original payment method. Apple will transfer the money to your bank account within ten (10) business days of the return of the product.
Apple provides security features to enable you to protect your product in case of loss or theft. If these features have been activated and cannot be disabled by the person in possession of the phone, Apple may refuse the return or exchange.
Wireless Services
Some Apple products utilise wireless services that may incur extra costs and are governed by the terms of a separate agreement between you and your selected wireless service provider. For more information, contact your wireless service provider.
Pricing and Price Reductions/Corrections
Apple reserves the right to change prices for products displayed on the Apple Online Store at any time and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. Any price changes will not affect an order that has already been accepted by Apple. In the event of a pricing error, we will notify you of the error and allow you to either proceed with the transaction at the correct price or cancel your order at no cost to you. In addition to your right to cancel your order, return a product or cancel a service contract for any reason as explained above, should Apple reduce its price on any Apple-branded product within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your product, feel free to contact the Apple Online Store by freephone on 0800 048 0408 to request a refund or credit of the difference between the price you were charged and the current selling price. To receive the refund or credit, you must contact Apple within 14 calendar days of the price change. Please note that this excludes limited-time price reductions, such as those that occur during special sales events.
Order, Order Acknowledgement and Order Acceptance
To place an order for products or services at the Apple Online Store, you can visit the store website at http://www.apple.com/uk or the Apple Store mobile app, and then simply add the products you wish to your shopping cart, check out (using your chosen payment method) with your Apple ID or as a guest customer, and choose for each of your items to either pick up from an Apple Retail Store on the same day, have your item(s) shipped to you, or have your item(s) shipped to an Apple Retail Store to be collected by you or a person designated by you, or a combination of these methods if you’re ordering several items. Alternatively, you can call the Apple Online Store freephone number on 0800 048 0408 Mon-Fri 08:00-20:00, Sat-Sun 09:00-18:00 and an Apple Specialist will assist you through the entire order process, from product selection to payment method. Either way you choose to order, you will be given an opportunity to review your order prior to submitting it. Once you have placed your order, we will provide you with a web order number.
Within a few minutes after we receive your order, we’ll email you an order confirmation. As with the web order number, the order confirmation email does not signify our acceptance of your order; we are simply confirming that we received your order. For orders where we are shipping any of your items to you or to an Apple Retail Store, once we have processed your order and prepared it for shipping, we will send you an email stating that we have accepted your order, which will include the shipment details (the “Shipment Notification Email”). For orders where you are to pick up an item from an Apple Retail Store, we will send you an email or an SMS stating that we have accepted your order, which will include when your items will be available to pick up from your selected Apple Retail Store (the “Pick-Up Notification”). The decision to accept your order is in our sole discretion. Because we want to make sure that we have your product available, we won’t accept your order until we have prepared your product for shipping or confirmed that it is in stock at your selected Apple Retail Store. In most cases, this will be within 24 hours for items that are in stock and need to be shipped, or less for items already in stock and available to pick up at your selected Apple Retail Store. For items that are not in stock, you will receive the Order Acceptance Email when the item becomes available and has been prepared for shipping, which in no event will be later than the “ships” timeframe presented to you at checkout. Once we have sent and you have received the Order Acceptance Email, Apple will have formed a contract with you (we will include the key terms of the contract in this acceptance email).
Shipping & Delivery
The Apple Store offers standard and express delivery options. The standard delivery is free of charge for any order exceeding a certain amount. Orders will not be accepted and products will not be delivered to any address outside the United Kingdom and the Isle of Man. Title in the product(s) shall pass to you when the product(s) is picked up by the carrier from our warehouse. At this point, you will receive the Shipment Notification Email. Apple Store Pickup and Return
Apple offers in-store pickup for many of the items available on apple.com. Certain products and payment methods, however, may not qualify for in-store pickup. Certain products may also qualify for a Pickup Window that will allow your item(s) to be picked up during a specified time window. Only you or the person designated by you may pick up the item(s) purchased. A valid form of ID and order number will be required for pickup. Apple will notify you when your order is ready and the date by which you need to pick up your items. We’ll also send you a reminder or two, just in case it slips your mind. Pickup Contact
If you select Apple Store Pickup, you may designate a third party to pick up your order. You must provide the name and email address of the third party. Please note that certain products and payment methods are not eligible for Apple Store Pickup by a third party. The third party will need to bring a form of identity and order number for Apple Store Pickup. Apple is not responsible for actions taken by the third party once your item(s) have been picked up.
Apple One-Year Limited Manufacturer Warranty
Apple Distribution International Ltd. provides a one-year limited manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for any new Apple-branded product (the “Apple One-Year Limited Warranty”). The applicable warranty terms and conditions can be reviewed at http://www.apple.com/uk/legal/warranty/ and are also contained in your Apple hardware box. The Apple One-Year Limited Warranty does not apply to products that are not Apple-branded, even if packaged or sold with Apple products. Export
This contract is subject to applicable export control laws. You may not export any product purchased from the Apple Online Store to another country if prohibited by export control laws. If you do plan to export an Apple product to another country, you must obtain any legally required export licences (or other government approvals) prior to doing so.
Product Availability and Limitations
Given the popularity and/or supply constraints of some of our products, Apple may have to limit the number of products available for purchase. Trust us, we’re building them as fast as we can. Apple reserves the right to change quantities available for purchase at any time, even after you place an order, provided Apple has not yet accepted your order.
Payments
If you are paying by credit card, when you submit your order, we may block up to the total amount of the order on your credit card. If we do not receive authorisation from your credit card issuer, we will inform you so that you can provide us with another payment method. Your credit card will be charged once we accept your order.
We reserve the right to verify the identity of the card holder. To ensure that your credit or debit card is not being used without your consent, we will validate name, address and other personal information supplied by you during the order process against information held by the card issuer and integrator. By accepting these terms and conditions, you consent to such checks being made.
