Новый iPhone теперь можно взять в магазине напрокат. Услугу аренды смартфонов в России запустила сеть официальных магазинов Apple re:Store. На время можно будет взять все модели iPhone 10-го и 11-го поколения. Стоимость услуги начинается от четырех тысяч рублей в месяц, а самый дорогой флагман — 11-й iPhone Pro Max — обойдется в 7,5 тысячи.

В США аренда смартфонов Apple появилась еще четыре года назад. Там 11-й iPhone стоит сейчас менее двух тысяч рублей в месяц, и, по данным аналитиков, почти 40% владельцев новых гаджетов не купили их, а взяли напрокат. Но стоимость услуги в России кажется неоправданно завышенной, считает издатель портала TechFusion.ru Олег Капранов.

Либо вы его после этого отдадите в обмен на новый, и тогда вы продолжите платить эти 100 тысяч в год за пользование аппаратом, который вам не принадлежит. Либо вы его должны выкупить, но тогда вы должны заплатить за него остаточную выкупную сумму, которая составит еще 52 тысячи. И по факту вы платите за телефон 154 тысячи рублей при его розничной цене в 131 тысячу. То есть вы переплачиваете почти 20 тысяч для того, чтобы стать собственником. К тому моменту это будет уже устройство, которое вы пользуете год. Кредит выгоднее. Трудно сказать, что история будет очень популярна в России. Да, безусловно, то же самое начал делать Sаmsung примерно год назад, но это идеальная модель для человека, для которого очень важно постоянно иметь новый телефон в идеальном состоянии, в безупречном, обновляться и так далее. У того же iPhone сейчас цикл два года, то есть два года ты ходишь с аппаратом, который не теряет своей актуальности. В реальности этот цикл еще больше, ты можешь ходить и три, и четыре года с телефоном, и он будет вполне актуален, вполне соответствовать последним требованиям. Количество людей, у которых эта проблема стоит, невелико. С точки зрения бизнеса re:Store или бизнеса Apple, тем более в России, это будут очень незначительные цифры».

У Apple есть практика вторичной продажи сданных на утилизацию смартфонов, которые в рознице условно называют «как новый». В таких телефонах все установки сбиты до заводских, и восстановить данные предыдущего пользователя невозможно.

Если все смартфоны, которые компания будет сдавать в аренду, станут проходить эту процедуру, безопасности пользователей ничего не угрожает, считают эксперты.

How long do I have to send my device to you?

What do I do if my device is damaged or lost during shipping?

Each device is covered up to a maximum value of £100 per claim if anything happens to your device whilst being shipped to Brightstar, providing that you have taken the necessary precautions to package the device correctly and used the tracked service. Can I dispose of old electrical appliances together with household waste?

No. Old appliances, batteries, as well as all the products which are marked with a cross on top of a rubbish bin with wheels must be collected and recycled separately. There are important materials in old equipment which are recycled separately in a certain way. These raw materials can be used as new material. Some electronic equipment may contain potentially harmful substances which must be disposed of carefully. Apple bears responsibility for the environment and is a member of the recycling programme, just like many other major electrical appliance manufacturers in the UK.
