As a software engineer and physician I have never dealt with such gross incompetence and general lack of helpfulness. Blank stares and repeated nonsensical explanations the employees repeating why Apple would need complete access to my computer, including encrypted patient information (this is illegal), to repair parts of the computer that absolutely do not require any hard drive access. Spent about 2-3 hrs with customer service on the phone afterwards with them repeating the same nonsense and putting me on hold before just disconnecting the line and not responding to further calls/emails/inquiries. As a previous long-time avid Apple fan, this experience combined with a decline in Apple’s security/privacy as well as in their sharp decline in ability to generally design hardware/software, means I will never buy another Apple product again and, as a technophile and go-to tech person for my friends/family/work, will recommend all others to steer clear of all their products.

Terrible customer service. All they do is restore your device and beyond that be prepared to pay. I went in with two appointments for my two devices. I was told to come back later that night to finish diagnostics. I came back and was told no techs were there and to come back first thing the next morning to get served immediately. I am sitting here and it is 11:30 AM and I still haven’t been seen. Atrocious customer service. I’m disgusted. I used to value apple for their support but this is a whole new beast with no regard for loyal customers.

I read most of the reviews on here and I was concerned. The screen on my phone stopped working. I set an appointment for Saturday. I set the appointment on a Monday. Reading the reviews stopped me from going up there. I couldn’t wait until Saturday and decided to go up there. i went as soon as they opened. They greeted me nicely and set up an appointment for an hour later. I came back and they took great care of me. The staff was friendly. I paid attention just to see if the reviews were right. My experience was awesome. So much that I wrote a review, which I would never do. I had to wait a little but I went and had lunch and came back.

Horrible customer service. cant ever get through to someone. Scheduling appts for a week or more later but I instead went to stay and had to only wait minutes so why was there no availability online? Put a repair order in and was told 7-10 days and today is 30 days later. When searching repair and speaking to a rep, the order was cancelled. Now I have to either make an appt far out or go back in and hope wait isnt long. Also have to see if my order just got cancelled in error or was processed but no one ever followed up to call me to advise it was ready. Frustrating!

Up until today, I loved Apple at the Town Center. Today totally changed my view on them. I had the worst customer service imaginable and was so frustrated when i left I would rather take the computer to a random repair shop than apple. They refused to help me without an appointment, then told me they were booked 2 weeks out, so to just schedule online. but it is impossilbe to schedule an appointment online, because of how full they are. Guess they think I don’t need my computer for teh next 2-3 weeks. 🙁
