Apple store ошибка 500

Question: Q: (com.apple.commerce.client error 500.) MOJAVE

The operation couldn’t be completed. (com.apple.commerce.client error 500.). i cant login app store and when i try to download app , this error shows.

I have signed-in in all my other apple devices and previously has with my macbook air but since today, I can not get sign-in or download anything with my app store.

HELP.

Just follow these steps:

1. Make sure to log out BOTH from iTunes and App Store and have BOTH of them closed.
2. Open Terminal Comamand
3. Copy the whole string and press enter

defaults write com.apple.appstore.commerce Storefront -string «$(defaults read com.apple.appstore.commerce Storefront | sed s/,8/,13/)»

4.Open App Store and sign in to your account.

Question: Q: App Store: 500 internal Server Error

Hi, I’m trying to update to Mojave from Yosemite (late 2013 21.5 iMac) but when I click on the «get» link, the app store keeps giving the message : THE SERVER GAVE AN ERROR DURING DOWNLOAD: 500 INTERNAL SERVER ERROR. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Make a New Location, Using network locations in Mac OS X .

System Preferences>Network, top of window>Locations>Edit Locations, little plus icon, give it a name.

System Preferences>Network, click on the little gear at the bottom next to the + & — icons, (unlock lock first if locked), choose Set Service Order.

The interface that connects to the Internet should be dragged to the top of the list.

Sys Prefs>Network>highlight the Interface you’re using>Advanced>TCP/IP>Configure IPv4: Using DHCP.

If using Wifi, instead of joining your Network from the list, click the WiFi icon at the top, and click join other network. Fill in everything as needed.

System Preferences>Network>choose interface>Advanced>Proxies Tab, make sure none are set, like for HTTP & HTTPS.

System Preferences>Network, unlock the lock if need be, highlight the Interface you use to connect to Internet, click on the advanced button, click on the DNS tab, click on the little plus icon, then add these numbers.

I am having same issue, not using Firefox, I am using safari, not using a vpn, any 3rd party firewalls, antivirus stuff, etc.; however I have absolutely no idea what in the world to do with your latest reply. I am just not sure what you are even saying, and apologize, but I just don’t have a highly operating level of technical skill with computer stuff.

I am trying to go from Yosemite to any higher OS. I was able to determine Catalina is the highest OS this computer (Mid 2012’s Macbook Pro, not sure why it shows an apple watch up there. ) is compatible with, but regardless of which OS i try to install I get the 500 internal server error. I cleared browsing cache and memory already too as I read that can sometimes cause the 500 server error.

Have seen a few other persons with this issue from Yosemite and El Capitan using the Apple Store. Suggest abandoning the Apple Store method and follow as per below >>

The Age of this computer will Govern what newer version of macOS it will Qualify to install. Use About this Mac from the Apple Icon on Desktop — the required Information will be there.

With the above information in-hand — follow this How to get old versions of macOS and verify what version this computer Qualifies to install. In you case choose Mojave. Make sure to use Only Safari to commence the download as Other may not work

Make a Time Machine Backup Before attempting. Notation — Mojave is the Last version to support 32 bit applications / extensions and Drivers. Catalina and Big Sur Only support 64 bit and there is no workaround.

Same error — tried your above suggestions on my new Mac with Mojave. Tried to install Pages from both the standalone app and via Apple.com.

Another adviser helped and the problem was solved with the following file removal:

Finder — Go to Folder — Library — Preferences — delete the file: com.app.appstore.plist

Might be a corrupt .plist.

Do a backup, preferably 2 backups on 2 separate drives.

Quit the application.

Go to Finder and select your user/home folder. With that Finder window as the front window, either select Finder/View/Show View options or go command — J. When the View options opens, check ’Show Library Folder’. That should make your user library folder visible in your user/home folder. Select Library. Then go to Preferences/com.apple.appstore.plist and com.apple.appstore.commerce.plist. Move the .plists to your desktop.

Restart the computer, open the application, and test. If it works okay, delete the plists from the desktop.

If the application is the same, return the .plists to where you got it from, overwriting the newer one.

Я только что отформатировал свой SSD и переустановил MacOS Mojave 10.14.3 (18D109). Итак, это чистая установка. Первым делом я попытался установить Keynote, Pages and Numbers.

После ввода имени пользователя и пароля появляется ошибка 500 (com.apple.commerce.client ) появляется.

Если я неправильно введу свой пароль, я ожидаю увидеть сообщение о том, что пароль неверен.
