Программа для пешеходной, велосипедной и автонавигации BE-ON-ROAD поможет проложить удобный маршрут и сопроводить до указанного места, выполнить поиск в POI-библиотеке объектов, заранее узнать о скоростных ограничениях или установленных спидкамах. Доступна функция записи пройденного пути. GPS navigation BE-ON-ROAD для iPhone позволяет бесплатно обновлять карты и запускать режим навигации без подключения к Интернет.

Принцип работы:

как и в большинстве утилит для навигации на основе OpenStreetMaps, перед началом использования программы нужно загрузить план в память устройства. Детализация объектов напрямую зависит от объема загруженной карты.

Меню приложения русифицировано, доступ к основному функционалу осуществляется после нажатия на кнопку с изображением горизонтальных полос. На обратной стороне экрана расположена иконка с изображением камеры. С ее помощью можно сообщить другим пользователям об установленном спидкаме.

Главное меню программы разделено на шесть пунктов. Для выбора основного режима навигации следует выбрать иконку «Пункт назначения». В этом разделе находится адресный поиск, планировщик маршрута, история посещенных мест, адресная книга и мастер координат, в котором можно узнать свое местоположение.

Наиболее интересные функции предлагаются в Премиум-версии. Это схема расположения спидкамов, проектор на лобовое стекло автомобиля и навигация по фото. Стоимость Би-Он-Роад Премиум составляет 15 евро.

Некоторые юзеры отмечают, что им не нравится дизайн программы – часть кнопок имеют разную величину и пользоваться интерфейсом «вслепую» на экране iPhone не очень удобно.

Плюсы:

• приложение можно использовать как бесплатный навигатор в роуминге;
• интерфейс на русском языке;
• заблаговременные рекомендации по перестроению;
• автопереключение на ночной режим;
• бесплатная актуализация карт.

Минусы:

• не совсем удобный дизайн программы;
• нет системы оповещения о трафике;
• база спидкамов доступна для ограниченного числа стран и за деньги.

Если не принимать во внимание отсутствие синхронизации с онлайн-библиотеками пробок и ДТП, то перед нами неплохой продукт для навигации, который ориентирован прежде всего прокладку маршрута для путешественников. С помощью Би-Он-Роад можно сэкономить на передаче сетевых данных в роуминге, а благодаря большой базе POI-точек смартфон и вовсе превращается в надежного помощника, который проведет до нужного объекта.
