Для того, чтобы получить анализ своей посадки, необходимо установить камеру телефона примерно в трех метрах от велосипеда. Для того, чтобы установить телефон на штатив используйте специальный адаптер, например, Glif, который позволяет устанавливать телефон в вертикальное положение на любой ровной поверхности.

Затем, установив камеру в правильное положение, необходимо сделать так, чтобы колеса велосипеда совпали с красными кругами в приложении.

Затем вы устанавливаете таймер – через сколько запускать видео и сколько оно продлится. Обычно хватает полминуты.

Затем вы усаживаетесь на велосипед и педалируете. Тут все просто.

Потом можно возвращаться к телефону и посмотреть, что вышло. Вы увидите выпадающее меню с различными углами (угол сгиба коленей, локтей).

Конечно, оно не заменит живого специалиста, но тем не менее частично может заменить дорогое оборудование, которым пользуются профессионалы, рассчитывая те же углы на компьютере.

Приложение распознает части тела, тем не менее не лишним будет, если вы наклеите яркие стикеры на «правильные» части тела (колени, бедро, колени) для большей точности.
