Вкус черимойи

Черимойя — еще одно название кремового яблока.

Мякоть спелого кремового яблока — сливочного цвета с потрясающим вкусом густого ванильного крема с яблочными нотами. Соответствующая мякоти консистенция — густая, светло-сливочного цвета с нескольким десятком крупных черных, гладких семян.

Для тропических фруктов Тайланда, кремовое или сахарное яблоко — фрукт средних размеров в длину 10-20 см и 10 см в диаметре, весит плод до 500 г, но есть сорта, вес плода которых, достигает нескольких килограммов.

Фрукт покрыт зеленой плотной кожурой, точнее даже, корой, крепкой ,чешуйчатой с привкусом сосны. Благодаря ей кремовое яблоко долго сохраняет свою свежесть, но кушать его надо очищенным.

Sugar Apple: Sugar Apple is a «Sweetsop». It is most widely cultivated of all the species of Annona, being grown widely throughout the tropicals and warmer subtropicals. It is a deciduous or semi-evergreen shrub or small tree with size of 8 m tall. The leaves are looks like simple, oblong-lanceolate, 7-12 cm long and 3-4 cm broad in length. Cream and sugar apple

Total time 30 minutes

Ingredients:
— 1 (8 ounce) package refrigerated crescent dinner rolls (8 rolls per package)

— 3 tablespoons strawberry fruit preserves (or jam) or 3 tablespoons raspberry fruit — preserves (or jam)
— 1 tablespoon butter, melted
— 1 tablespoon chopped blanched almond
— 1 tablespoon confectioners’ sugar

1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
2. Separate the crescent rolls into individual triangles. Cut each triangles in half lengthwise, making 16 long triangles.
3. Spread about 1/2 t. of preserves over each triangle. Roll each triangle from the wide end to the point, and place on a cookie sheet that has been sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.
4. Brush with butter and sprinkle with chopped nuts. Bake for 15-17 minutes, or until golden.
5. When cool, sprinkle with the confectioners’ sugar and serve.

Recipe: Tiramisu
Serves 4 people. Preparation time 25 minutes. Cooking time 10 minutes. Ready in 5 hours.

Ingredients:
6 egg yolks

¾ cup white sugar
2/3 cup milk
1 ¼ cups heavy cream
½ tbsp vanilla extract
1 pound mascarpone cheese
¼ cup strong brewed coffee, room temperature
2 tbsp rum
2 packages ladyfinger cookies
1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder

Method
1. In a medium saucepan, whisk together egg yolks and sugar until well blended.
2. Whisk in milk and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture boils. Boil gently for 1 minute, remove from heat and allow to cool slightly. Cover tightly and chill in refrigerator 1 hour.
3. In a medium bowl, beat cream with vanilla until stiff peaks form.
4. Whisk mascarpone into yolk mixture until smooth.
5. In a small bowl, combine coffee and rum. Split ladyfingers in half lengthwise and drizzle with coffee mixture.
6. Arrange half of soaked ladyfingers in bottom of a 7×11 inch dish.
7. Spread half of mascarpone mixture over ladyfingers, then half of whipped cream over that. Repeat layers and sprinkle with cocoa.
8. Cover and refrigerate 4 to 6 hours, until set.

90g pack prosciutto
½ quantity tomato sauce (see below)
200ml hot beef stock
a little grated nutmeg
300g fresh pack lasagne sheets
½ quantity white sauce (see below)
125g ball mozzarella

Method

First make the ragu or meat sauce. Heat the oil in a frying pan, then cook the beef in two batches for about 10 mins until browned all over. Finely chop 4 slices of prosciutto, then stir through the meat mixture.
Pour over the tomato sauce and stock, add the nutmeg, then season. Bring up to the boil, then simmer for 30 mins until the ragu looks rich and is well coated in sauce. Can be left for 3 days in the fridge or frozen for 3 months (although not if the tomato sauce has previously been frozen).
Heat oven to 180C/fan 160C/gas 4. To assemble lasagne, lightly oil an ovenproof serving dish (30 x 20cm). Spoon over a third of the ragu sauce, then cover with lasagne sheets. Drizzle over about one quarter of the white sauce. Repeat until you have 3 layers of pasta. Cover with the remaining half quantity of white sauce, making sure you can’t see any pasta poking through.
Tear the mozzarella into thin strips, then scatter over the top. Arrange the rest of the prosciutto on top. Bake for 45 mins until the top is bubbling and lightly browned. (The uncooked lasagne can be frozen. If baking from frozen, add another 45 mins to the cooking time).

1 egg
1/3 tsp soda with vinegar
3 tbsp chocolate
pinch of vanillin

Method:
1. Mix all products (except cream and chocolate). Dough will be not very much thick, therefore it will be easyer to outpour it in a mug.
2. Put a cup with the dough in the microwave for 2 min.
3. When the cake is made draw it out from the cup, grease it with sour cream and sprinkle it with a chocolate.
