I agree about the scam
Called local company. Was talked into purchasing this service. Told I would be moved to top of list and would get same day service. They schedule me a 4 hr time slot and said someone would call 30 mins prior to coming out. No one called or showed. I called back and was told they are booked until next week. So apparently paying for a service that moves you to the top of the list and provides same-day service was a lie. I asked for my money back was told he would process a refund and I would get an email within two hours stating that a refund was initiated. Never received the email. An hour later my bank contacted me for possible fraudulent activity. This company’s transaction was suspicious so the bank denied it. Wonder why this company triggered my bank to flag it as fraud automatically? That’s fishy to me! Anyhow my bank denied the transaction thank god.

Very Shady
Be very careful with this business. If you want some kind of third party to handle your interactions with home contractors then go for it, but we were swindled into this “service” by calling an apparently non existent local company we had found on Google. They answer as the supposed company on the phone but then all the sudden some other company shows up to the house (if they show up at all, we had an electrician and a plumber scheduled and one didn’t). I wouldn’t expect anything to be done quickly either, there is a whole review process they put you and the poor contractor through before they will start the work, even if it’s a simple job.
Just be aware what you are getting into.
