Необходимость в том, чтобы удалить АРК файлы на Андроид, может быть вызвана, прежде всего, потребностью в освобождении свободного дискового пространства. Ведь сразу после установки АРК файл как бы уже и не требуется: все, что было нужно, система уже распаковала и установила.

Удаление АРК файла

Вообще-то, существует два подхода к решению данной проблемы. И все зависит от того, какого рода АРК файл требуется удалить:

• Обычный АРК программы;
• АРК системного приложения.

В первом случае все достаточно просто. Можно, например, в файловом менеджере открыть папку с перенесенным в нее АРК файлом – и просто выделить его, а затем удалить.

Все несколько сложнее, если файл был получен из цифровых мобильных магазинов. Ведь заранее не известно, куда именно была скачана программа. Для разных приложений папка назначения может быть разной. В этом случае можно прибегнуть к поиску внутри операционной системы и набрать в поисковой строке название самой программы. С большой долей вероятности, это имя будет совпадать с именем папки.

Если же есть необходимость в удалении системных АРК, то в данном случае потребуется получение root-доступа. В противном случае система просто не даст удалить АРК в целях собственной безопасности.

При помощи данной программы открывается системная папка system/app/.

Здесь необходимо найти все файлы для удаляемой программы с расширениями .apk и .odex. Но последних может и не быть – все зависит от конкретного приложения. Стоит помнить при этом, что все действия по удалению системных программ пользователь выполняет на свой страх и риск. Кстати, с помощью этой же программы можно удалить и АРК любых других приложений на смартфоне.

Как удалить «неудаляемые» приложения со смартфона

Чтобы увеличить привлекательность смартфонов, производители ставят на них как можно больше разных программ. Это понятно. Просто берём и удаляем ненужное… Стоп.

Оказывается, некоторые программы невозможно удалить. Например, на отдельных моделях Samsung невозможно удалить Facebook (есть только опция ‘disable’). Говорят, на Samsung S9 вдобавок предустановлены «неудаляемые» приложения Microsoft.

Эти смартфоны приведены для примера. Такая же проблема и на других моделях. На многих есть неудаляемые программы от самого производителя.

Всё это надо зачистить.

Очень редко встречаются примеры моделей, на которых нет лишних программ. Например, когда вышел первый iPhone, то компания Apple жёстко зафиксировала пакет установленных приложений, поэтому оператор AT&T не смог добавить туда свой привычный мусор.

Есть ещё пример смартфонов от Google начиная с Google Phone G1 в 2008 году, затем линейки Nexus и вплоть до текущих Pixel (Pixel 1, 2 и 3). На них тоже нет почти никакого мусора, если не считать слишком большого количества приложений Google, которые тоже считаются якобы системными и не удаляются полностью. Ну и небольшого количества сторонних неудаляемых приложений. Например, на Nexus5 намертво вшит HP Cloud Print. Но об этом позже.

В принципе, по такой логике и многочисленные приложения от Apple на iPhone можно считать ненужным мусором. Если быть точным, на iPhone предустановлены 42 приложения, не все из которых легко удалить: App Store, Calculator, Calendar, Camera, Clock, Compass, Contacts, FaceTime, Files, Find My Friends, Find My iPhone, Game Center, Health, Home, iBooks, iCloud Drive, iMovie, iTunes Store, iTunes U, Keynote, Mail, Maps, Messages, Music, News, Notes, Numbers, Pages, Passbook, Phone, Photos, Podcasts, Reminders, Safari, Settings, Stocks, Tips, TV, Videos, Voice Memos, Wallet, Watch, Weather.

Впрочем, мы говорим в первую очередь не о мусоре в дефолтной операционной системе, а о других ситуациях, когда сторонний производитель вроде Samsung заполняет свой смартфон огромной кучей неудаляемых программ, начиная с собственных фирменных приложений, и заканчивая программами Facebook и Microsoft. Так же поступают и другие производители.

Зачем они это делают? Ну очевидно, что из-за денег. По партнёрским соглашениям установить программы партнёра стоит одних денег. А установить те же самые программы в виде неудаляемых — уже совершенно других денег. Это просто предположение.

Хотя это просто удивительно. Мы платим за телефон Samsung сотни долларов! И они ещё хотят урвать пару баксов на партнёрских соглашениях!

Возможность удалить приложение отсутствует

Facebook всегда заявлял, что «отключение» (disable) приложения — то же самое, что и удаление. Хотя оно (приложение) потом и занимает немного места в памяти, но не должно проявлять никакой активности или собирать данные. Но в последнее время люди настолько потеряли доверие к Facebook, что не верят даже в это. Мол, а почему оно тогда полностью не удаляется из системы?

Facebook и Microsoft годами заключает соглашения c производителями телефонов и операторами связи по всему миру. Финансовые условия не разглашаются. Facebook также отказывается говорить, с какими конкретно партнёрами у него сделки на неудаляемые приложения.

Впрочем, «неудаляемые» они только теоретически. На практике достаточно открыть ADB (Android Debug Bridge) и запустить пару команд.

На телефоне должна быть разрешена отладка по USB, а на компьютере установлен USB-драйвер устройства.

Извлекаем содержимое zip-архива в любое удобное место, и уже там запускаем окно консоли.

Как вариант, можно установить на телефоне бесплатную программу Инспектор приложений. Она покажет подробную информацию обо всех установленных приложениях, их разрешения. Вдобавок она может извлекать (скачивать) APK-файлы для любого установленного приложения.

Кстати, приложения от Facebook действительно лучше удалить, потому что они собирают и отправляют в компанию огромный объём персональных данных обо всех аспектах вашей деятельности. Facebook Messenger высасывает буквально всё, что может. А вот Signal относится к пользователям гораздо более уважительно. Оно и понятно: это криптомессенджер, ориентированный на приватность.

Понятно, почему в Android нельзя удалить системные приложения штатными средствами. Но список «системных» приложений тоже неоднозначный. Например, перечисленные пакеты трудно назвать системными. Но штатными средствами удалить их тоже нельзя, только отключить (disable):

• Google Play Книги

• YouTube
• и др.

Однако описанный выше метод позволяет полностью удалить их тоже.

Примечание с форума xda-developers. Что касается системных приложений, то они снова появятся после сброса настроек. Это означает, что они всё-таки по-настоящему не удаляются с устройства, а просто удаляются для текущего пользователя (user 0). Вот почему без ‘user 0’ команда adb не работает, а эта часть команда как раз и указывает произвести удаление только для текущего пользователя, но кэш/данные системного приложения всё равно останутся в системе. И это хорошо, потому что даже после удаления системного приложения телефон всё равно сможет получать официальные обновления OTA.

Кстати, с 1 апреля 2021 года в России начнут принудительно устанавливать российский софт на все новые смартфоны. Список из 16 приложений уже утверждён, вот некоторые из них:

• ICQ (для обмена сообщениями);
• Новости Mail.ru;
• OK Live;
• MirPay (платёжная система, только на Android);
• Applist.ru (программа-агрегатор для доступа к социально значимым интернет ресурсам).

Будем надеяться, что этот хлам будет удаляться стандартными средствами, а лучше одним нажатием кнопки — сразу все программы. Если же нет, то мы знаем, что делать.

How to Completely Delete and Uninstall Apps on Android

Sometimes, when an app has outlived its usefulness, you’ll want to uninstall it to make way for new ones. Uninstalling apps is easy enough: simply go to the Apps list, find the app, and hit the Uninstall button. But it’s not so easy to completely uninstall apps on Android.

Unfortunately, for those who like a clean file system, some apps will leave behind “orphaned files” after uninstallation on Android devices. These files were created by the app so that it can do its job if they weren’t properly deleted after the app was uninstalled. This can get annoying when your device’s system is slowly clogged up by files and folders that aren’t being used. The solution then is to find a way to reliably remove leftover app data.

Manual Clean

You can reduce the amount of data that’s left behind after uninstallation by clearing the data. This won’t always be perfect, but it’s a good solution if you don’t want to install any additional apps to do so. It’s also important to note that this task is performed before the app is uninstalled.

To do this, go into your device’s Settings. (This can vary from device to device, but you can generally get there from the Settings app or by pulling down the notification tray and clicking the gear icon.) From here, select “Apps & notifications.”

Select the app you want to uninstall and tap Storage.

Select “Clear data” and/or “Clear cache.” Depending on the app, there may also be a “Manage data” option to clear additional settings and data. For instance, a browser app may have this option to delete bookmarks and stored passwords.

This will wipe the additional data the app has installed, which may give a cleaner uninstall.

Deleting Folders

When trying to figure out how to completely delete an app, you might have noticed some left over folders in your file manager app. This is another manual way to completely uninstall apps on Android.

You can either connect your device to a computer or use a file manager app. The app that comes pre-installed on your Android device works fine in most cases.

For me, File Manager is the default app. Whichever app you use, use the search feature to search for the name of the app you want to remove. Even just one unique word will help.

Only delete files and folders that you’re certain are only tied to the app you want to remove. It’s a good idea to back up your device before doing this just in case.

SD Maid

If you’d prefer to do a proper clean (or just want a simple app solution), SD Maid is a fantastic way to remove leftover app data on Android phones. It’s a general cleanup app with some options locked behind a premium paywall. The ability to clean up dead files, however, isn’t locked away.

As soon as you run SD Maid, you’ll be given several options. The one you want is the morbidly-named “CorpseFinder.” Tap the name to see what it does, or tap the circular arrow on the right to begin.

It’ll hunt for files left over by uninstalled apps. After the search, it’ll tell you if it has found any files. You can tap on the “CorpseFinder” button to view the files it believes are orphaned or press the bin icon on the right to throw them away.

On the file results screen you can tap individual files to delete them or hold-press to batch-select files to delete. This is particularly useful if you want to target specific files that CorpseFinder has detected.

If you want to exclude a file, make sure no other files are selected, then hold-press the file you want to keep and select the pin at the top.

ES File Explorer

ES File Explorer is a little more feature-packed than SD Maid. It was removed from Google Play Store due to legal issues with its parent company. However, the app itself is still amazing and actively updated. You just have to download it using a third party store, like APKPure. You’ll need to allow the installation of apps from unknown sources, though.

At its heart, it allows you to organize files on your device as well as on devices on the same network as you. It also comes with a durable Cleaner tool which helps clean up dud files. It can pick up on APKs that are no longer needed, advertisement junk, and thumbnail files. For the sake of what we’re trying to do, however, we’re going to focus on how to completely delete an app on Android using this tool.

To use it, after installing ES File Explorer, use the Cleaner tool.

The app will then scan your device for redundant files. Any files that have been left over from installed apps will appear under “Residual Junk” on the results page. Feel free to also browse what else ES File Explorer has found to really give your file system a scrub.

You can tap a result to see its details and tap the checkmarks on the right to select/unselect files for deletion. Once done, hit “Clean Now,” and it’ll get rid of those pesky files for you.

Wrapping Up

Having redundant files sitting around your system can be highly annoying. With these tricks you can completely uninstall apps on Android devices to make room for new ones. Of course, you can also stop specific apps from running in the background or block Internet access for certain apps instead of uninstalling them completely.
