welcome back guys. So i tried the famous egg fast diet ( Boiled eggs, oats, apple and green tea)…and i must say it worked! I needed to lose a bit of weight because i was 65 kg and given that i am a short girl i really started feeling heavy and uncomfortable in my body. I lost close to 10kg in total, my weight on day 10 was 55.8 kg. That’s 9.2 kg lost and i had 2 cheat days. Of course losing weight this fast means you can also gain it pretty quickly. I’ve been trying my best to eat clean and i also now exercise at least 2 times per week at home. Anyway, just wanted to update you all x If you got any questions about how i prepared my oats and another video explain the pros and cons leave a comment below..

I tried Versatile Vicky’s Egg Diet plan and I lost 6.1kg in 10 days.But instead of only eating hard boiled egg I just cooked the egg differently like fried, sunny side up and omelette, and because i cannot eat hard boiled egg all the time.I just used nonstick pan. And that is why i wasnt able to follow exactly the diet plan ��..I don’t recommend you to have extreme workout or exercise when you are on this diet, maybe light exercise will do because you will really lose energy.And After this Diet, you can maintain your weight by eating healthy food and exercise.And again pls do not do this diet plan if you have underlying conditions..
And this is the list of the Egg Diet Plan.
Breakfast:
3 eggs.
1 cup of green tea.
Lunch:
3eggs.

in todays video i tried versatile vicky’s 900 calorie egg diet.
rules:
breakfast: 3 boiled eggs and a cup of green tea.
lunch: 3 boiled eggs apple and a cup of green tea.
snack: apple and a green tea.
dinner: oatmeal and a cup of green tea before bedtime..
in between meals you can have carrots, cucumber and sprouts..
i did this diet for only 2 days because of health reasons.
i wasn’t hungry (so you are not starving).
but i didn’t feel good cause i wasn”t taking any sugar..
in 2 days i lost around a 1kg (0.8kg).
I DON’T RECOMMEND THIS DIET.
this diet is way better than other diets i have tried. however i hate boiled eggs so it was hard for me..
