Формы глагола have в английском языке в настоящем времени – это have и has. Правило их использования очень лёгкое, но у людей начинающих изучать язык бывают затруднения при употреблении have/has. Глагол to have – в списке главных в английском языке. Он является одним из часто используемых слов и передаёт много значений. В качестве смыслового глагол to have переводится как иметь, обладать, владеть. В качестве вспомогательного – используется при составлении многих словосочетаний, устойчивых выражений и несёт более широкое значение.
