How to unlock an Android phone if you forgot the password

Step 1. Power off your device and remove your memory card, hold the volume down key and the power / lock button simultaneously for a few seconds. Then enter the recovery mode.

Step 2. Scroll to «wipe data/factory reset» by using the volume keys. Use the power / lock button to select «Yes, delete all user data» on the device.

Этап 1. Подача заявки.
На данный момент не требуется! Скачивайте программу для анлока и сразу приступайте к разблокировке!

1. Перейти на сайт http://en.miui.com/unlock/ и нажать Unlock now
2. Вас перекинет на страницу авторизации -> сразу смените язык на английский

3. Ввести логин и пароль своей учётной записи (от Mi Account, у кого её нет, зарегистрироваться можно прямо на устройстве, вводить можно как и номер так и email)
4. Далее откроется страница с формой, заполняете:

• Имя
• Код страны
• Номер телефона (указывать тот, на который зарегистрирован Mi account)
• Указать причину, для чего нужна разблокировка загрузчика
• В самом низу ввести код с картинки и поставить галочку на против «I confirm that I have read and accepted the unlocking Disclaimer»

5. Нажать зелёную кнопку в самом низу с надписью «Apply now», после чего вам на указанный номер придёт код, который нужно ввести на открывшейся странице:

Отправляете письмо на email service.eu@xiaomi.com c темой «Unlock Your Mi Device», в письме пишете:

• mi account ID number: (номер аккаунта)

• Phone model: (модель устройства)
• Phone system version: (номер сборки прошики, можете просто версию Miui указать)
• Location: (страна)

Ждёте. Обычно в течении суток одобряют заявку и вы получите письмо.

Этап 2. Разблокировка загрузчика.

Требования:

• еженедельная прошивка
• одобренная заявка на разблокировку загрузчика

1. Скачать архив с оф. утилитой MiFlashUnlock и MiPhoneManager из вложения к посту. (For_Mi_Unlock.zip)
2. Установить MiPhoneManager запустив MiInst.exe, утилита нужна лишь для того, чтобы упростить установку adb и fastboot драйверов, с ней всё устанавливается автоматом. После установки лучше перезагрузить компьютер.
3. Привязать свой телефон\планшет к Ми-аккаунту (зайти в аккаунт на устройстве), для которого получено разрешение на разблокировку.
4. Зайти в «Настройки» -> «Информация о устройстве» -> 7 раз тапнуть пальцем по «версия MIUI», чтобы активировать меню разработчика.
5. Зайти в «Настройки» -> «Дополнительно» -> «Для разработчика» -> Включить (разрешить) «Заводскую разблокировку» (OEM unlocking), затем зайти в «Статус Mi Unlock» и нажать «Добавьте учетную запись и устройство».

***Меню «Статус Mi Unlock» есть на всех девелоперских (еженедeльных прошивках), начиная с осени 2016, и на последних стабильных прошивках. На многих стабильных с завода этого меню нет, надо обновить прошивку до последней версии. Попадаются аппараты, у которых, до сих пор, в стабильных прошивках нет меню «Статус Mi Unlock», в такой ситуации только ставить девелоперскую версию прошивки.

6. Запустить MiFlashUnlock (MiFlashUnlock.exe), согласиться с соглашением.
7. Залогиниться под Mi аккаунтом на который получили разрешение:

8. Выключить устройство. На выключенном устройстве зажать и удерживать вместе кнопки: звук вниз (уменьшения громкости) + питание и держать до тех пор, пока не увидите заставку с зайцем и андроидом.
9. Подключить устройство в этом режиме к компьютеру и нажать на кнопку «Разблокировать»

10. Сразу начнётся процесс разблокировки, дождаться завершения, все три галочки должны загореться зелёным цветом.

11. Всё! Загрузчик разблокирован!

Ошибки, которые могут возникать при разблокировке и их решение:

• На 99% «Binding time is too short, Less than 72 hours» (может быть меньшее число, если вошли в ми-аккаунт на телефоне раньше) или «After XX hours of trying to unlock the device» — тут только одно решение — это ждать указанное время, ускорить никак не получится
• «Current account is not bound to this device» — > программа просит сделать привязку к аккаунту. Смотрите 5 пункт инструкции.
• На 50% ошибка «Couldn’t verify device» или «Current account is different from the account info on the device» -> чаще всего это просто баг серверов Xiaomi, нужно ждать, пробуйте каждый день по одной\две попытки, некоторым удаётся побороть ошибку только через неделю. иногда бывает, что данная ошибка связана с тем, что на устройстве установлена не подходящая прошивка. Разблокировать устройство нужно на девелоперской еженедельной прошивке (China Developer Version), на стабильной версии вряд ли получится.
• На 50% ошибка «Not connected to Mi Phone» -> чаще всего связана с тем, что не установлены fastboot драйвера, возьмите драйвер из папки Driver, которая находится с MiFlashUnlock и установите его вручную по этой инструкции
• Ошибка «Your device isn’t supported by Mi Unlock» -> скорее всего ошибка из-за того, что у вас установлена не подходящая прошивка в данный момент
• Процесс разблокировки загрузчика останавливается на втором пункте — это из-за прошивки, скорее всего у вас стоит стабильная версия, прошейтесь еженедельной, девелоперской
• Если при входе в аккаунт возникает ошибка -> попробуйте вводить не номер телефона, а номер самого mi аккаунта
• Ошибка «Network Error» -> попробуйте сменить провайдера, часто решает проблему

Как проверить статус загрузчика?

• подключить устройство в режиме fastboot к ПК, открыть окно команд в папке с fastboot.exe и ввести следующую команду: fastboot oem device-info, если в логе будет напротив строчки Device unlocked написано: false, значит загрузчик закрыт (заблокирован), если true -> разблокирован
• В свежих прошивках начиная с октября 2016 года можно посмотреть статус загрузчика в опциях для разработчка (настройки -> для разработчиков -> статус Mi Unlock)
