Удобное приложение , но есть минусы

Пользуюсь приложением, так как открыт индексный продукт. В целом удобно, видна статистика, есть возможность зафиксировать доход. Но почему то иногда тупит и просит зарегистрироваться . может это такая доп идентификация

Крайне отвратительная реализация приложения. Не буду голословным, раскладываю по пунктам.
1. Никакая работа с онлайн-клиентами, ни на сайте банка ни на сайте брокера никакой инструкции о работе в приложении, будьте добры догадывайтесь сами.
2. Отсутствие каких либо документов по предлагаемым продуктам. Интересовался опционами, никакой информации не нашёл, кроме того что это высокорискованный инструмент.
3. Несоответствие информации между продуктами на сайте и в приложении (на сайте информация только по структурным с указанием того, что срок вложения 1 год).
4. Некорректная работа графиков, невозможно корректно отобразить график интересуемого инструмента.
5. Полное отсутствие обратной связи в чате приложения, создаётся впечатление о том, что сделано «для галочки».
6. Некорректное обновление данных об имеющихся продуктах, при выходе и повторном входе теряются все данные.
7. При попытке фиксации прибыли появляется информационное окно с ошибкой сервера и ничего больше не происходит.
Если это приложение только для клиентов, оформивших инвестиции офлайн, то будьте добры, укажите об этом в описании приложения, потому что как онлайн сервис это нечто, что страшно назвать рабочим приложением, не выдерживает никакой критики! Я повторюсь, но реализация ОТВРАТИТЕЛЬНАЯ!
