Как оплачивать Apple Pay

Оплата в магазинах

Apple Pay позволяет быстро и очень просто оплачивать покупки в магазинах. Расплатиться на кассе можно с помощью iPhone и Apple Watch, которые всегда у вас под рукой.*

Дважды нажмите боковую кнопку iPhone, посмотрите на экран и поднесите iPhone к платёжному терминалу. Если у вас на лице маска, возможно, потребуется ввести на iPhone ваш код‑пароль. Для оплаты с помощью Touch ID поднесите iPhone к терминалу, удерживая палец на датчике Touch ID.

А если вы платите с Touch ID, поднесите iPhone к терминалу, удерживая палец на датчике. На Apple Watch дважды нажмите боковую кнопку и поднесите их к терминалу для оплаты.

Удерживайте верхнюю часть iPhone на расстоянии нескольких сантиметров от бесконтактного устройства считывания, пока на дисплее не появится надпись «Готово» с галочкой.

Просто найдите символ бесконтактной оплаты там, где принимаются платежи. А на сайтах и в приложениях нужно при оформлении заказа выбрать оплату с Apple Pay, если она там доступна.

Не работает Apple Pay на iPhone? Это можно исправить!

Всем здравствовать! Все-таки современные технологии — это очень классная штука. Еще несколько лет назад никто и представить не мог, что выходя в магазин за покупками, не нужно будет брать с собой кошелек или пластиковую карту — ведь все можно оплатить при помощи iPhone. Это действительно круто и удобно! Но надо помнить, что ничего идеального не бывает и Apple Pay, к большому сожалению, не является исключением.

Так в чем же заключается «неидеальность»? Есть одна проблемка… В некоторых случаях технология Apple Pay может просто не срабатывать в тот момент, когда вы подносите свой iPhone к терминалу для оплаты. В итоге получается очень глупая и немного печальная ситуация, в которую ваш покорный слуга уже попадал несколько раз.

Стоишь на кассе и думаешь: «Ух! Сейчас я всех удивлю и расплачусь при помощи iPhone — пускай знают про новые технологии!». iPhone уже в руке, на экране высвечивается надпись «поднесите к терминалу для оплаты», подношу и… ничего не происходит. Жесть:)

И если это произошло один раз, то объяснение еще можно найти — может чехол виноват или сбой у банка какой-то. А вот в том случае, когда Apple Pay не работает постоянно… с iPhone явно нужно что-то делать! Об этом и поговорим, поехали!

Небольшое отступление. В данной статье будет рассмотрено именно не срабатывание оплаты при помощи iPhone, то есть подразумевается, что карта уже «внесена» в смартфон. Но иногда и с «привязкой» пластика могут возникнуть сложности — об этом читайте здесь.

Но вернемся к нашей проблеме…

Сбои и неполадки в iOS как причина неработоспособности Apple Pay

Как отмечают многие, iOS уже далеко не такая стабильная и «безглючная» как была раньше. Возможно, виной этому стало постоянное добавление новых функций, возможно что-то другое… но факт остается фактом — раньше было лучше:)

Так вот, чтобы исключить тот факт, что неполадки в работе Apple Pay вызваны сбоями операционной системы, нам необходимо выполнить следующие действия:

Принудительно и жестко перезагрузить устройство.
Стереть сетевые настройки (Настройки — Основные — Сброс — Сбросить настройки сети).
В приложении «Кошелек» удалить, а затем заново привязать карту.
Поменять регион iPhone (Настройки — Основные — Язык и регион) на любой другой, где поддерживается Apple Pay (например, на Великобританию).
Переустановить прошивку через DFU-режим. После этого проверить работу бесконтактных платежей, не восстанавливая телефон из резервной копии.

Как видите, ничего сложного. Самое тяжелое — это постоянно бегать и проверять, заработал ли Apple Pay? Хотя всегда можно воспользоваться Macdonalds и его терминалами самообслуживания…

Внешние факторы мешающие оплате при помощи iPhone

Помимо программного обеспечения, есть еще некоторые факторы, которые могут влиять на работоспособность бесконтактных платежей при помощи iPhone. К ним можно отнести:

Чехол. Понятное дело, что обычная пластиковая или силиконовая накладка вряд ли помешает работе Apple Pay. Но вот если использовать какой-то ультра защищенный кейс от неизвестного китайского бренда… лучше его снять.
Сбои в работе терминала, банка, карточки. В данном случае, нужно как минимум попробовать оплатить в другом магазине, а как максимум — позвонить в банк и узнать «все ли у них хорошо?».

Не так уж и много, правда? Но забывать об этом не стоит.

Поломка (отсутствие) NFC-антенны

За соединение смартфона с терминалом и передачу данных о транзакции, в iPhone отвечает специальный NFC-модуль. Соответственно, именно от его работоспособности и зависит — сможете вы совершить покупку при помощи iPhone или нет.

Внимание! Если гарантийный срок вашего iPhone еще не истек, то не нужно самому «ковыряться» в устройстве — просто сдайте его по гарантии.

Хотя на официальных и новых устройствах такие поломки появляться редко. Чаще всего этому подвержены ранее отремонтированные или «кустарно» восстановленные iPhone — про NFC-чип (а если быть точнее, специальную «перемычку», соединяющую плату с корпусом) просто «забывают».

На проблемы с NFC косвенно может указывать 56 ошибка в iTunes при обновлении и восстановлении прошивки. Почему косвенно? Потому что есть масса примеров, когда чип бесконтактной оплаты для Apple Pay не работает, а сам iPhone прошивается без каких-либо ошибок.

Вот на что стоит обратить внимание:

Полное отсутствие антенны.
Винты «заземления» или антенны — называйте как хотите:) Их могли не докрутить (нужно попробовать аккуратно затянуть, но только не перекрутите — есть вероятность повреждения платы!) или забыть поставить.
Поломка NFC — решается заменой детали. Что приятно, стоимость запасной части относительно небольшая — около 200-300 рублей.

Разумеется, если вы не сильны в сборке-разборке iPhone, то все эти манипуляции лучше доверить специалистам сервисного центра.

Неподготовленный ремонт «на дому» чреват дополнительными поломками:(

Итак, небольшой вывод:

Если Apple Pay «то работает, то нет» — разбираемся с iOS и другими моментами (банками, картами, терминалами).
Если бесконтактные платежи в iPhone не работают всегда, а все вышеописанные манипуляции выполнены, то проблемы с чипом NFC.

Apple Pay messaging should be consistent throughout the customer experience.

In addition, consider providing an exclusive incentive for Apple Pay purchases, such as a discount, free delivery, or gift, which you can also communicate in the promotional text of your App Store product page. Promotional text can be updated at any time and does not require an app submission.

In order to support an Apple Pay exclusive offer, you’ll need to do the following.

Using the Apple Pay Mark

Marketing Communications

Use the Apple Pay mark in marketing communications only when promoting Apple Pay in relation to your payment options. Do not use the mark in general product or company promotions. The main message of the communication must be related to Apple Pay.

Artwork

The Apple Pay mark is available only in white with an outline rule. Other color options are not available. Do not alter the artwork in any way or create your own version of the Apple Pay mark. Use only the artwork provided by Apple.

Clear Space

For marketing communications, the minimum clear space for the mark is one quarter the height of the mark. Do not place graphics or typography in the clear space area. Do not allow the Apple Pay mark to share its surrounding border with another button or graphic. Maintain clear space around the mark.

Background Color

A white or light background is preferred when displaying the Apple Pay mark. The mark can also appear on a marketing layout that features a dark background.

Advertisement Promoting Apple Pay

Use the Apple Pay mark when the main message focuses on Apple Pay. The Apple Pay mark must be secondary in size and placement to the main message or app or company identity. The Apple Pay mark cannot overpower the layout.

When an Apple device is included, display your app on the device’s screen exactly as it appears when your app is running. Screens from the Apple Pay payment flow within your app can be shown. Follow the instructions in the Apple Product Images section.

Advertisement Promoting an App

Use the Download on the App Store badge when the main message focuses on app promotions.

Advertisement Using Badges Incorrectly

Do not combine the Download on the App Store badge and the Apple Pay mark in the same layout space. Select the asset provided by Apple that most closely supports the content of the communication.

Incentive within an App

Use the Apple Pay mark when the main message focuses on Apple Pay. When your app offers an Apple Pay incentive, detect if the user’s device has Apple Pay set up. If the device does not have Apple Pay set up, display the Set up Apple Pay button. If Apple Pay is set up on the device, provide a quick way for the user to select Apple Pay as their default payment method.

Home Page

On large layouts, such as the landing page of a website or a full-page print ad, the Apple Pay mark and the Download on the App Store badge can appear on the same layout when each is placed in a dedicated tile or other area with content that promotes either Apple Pay or an app. Do not place the Apple Pay mark and the Download on the App Store badge together in a tile. The Apple Pay mark and Download on the App Store badge can be placed only near content related to their use.

Dos and Don’ts

Use only the artwork provided by Apple.
Use the Apple Pay mark when other payment identities are also displayed in a similar format.
Use the mark in marketing communications when the main message of the communication promotes Apple Pay.

Do not create your own version of the Apple Pay mark.
Do not alter the artwork in any way. Do not adjust the width or the aspect ratio of the artwork.
Do not display a mark that is smaller than other payment identities in a similar format.
Do not adjust the corner radius on the artwork.
Do not translate the word Pay within the Apple Pay mark.
Do not add messages to the mark.
Do not add visual effects such as shadows, glows, or reflections to the mark.
Do not flip, rotate, or animate the mark.

Editorial Guidelines

Messaging that describes Apple Pay can appear in communications promoting your capability to activate the Apple Pay feature in iOS, watchOS, or on your website.

Using the Name Apple Pay

When using the name Apple Pay in headlines or copy, always typeset Apple Pay as two words with an uppercase A and uppercase P followed by lowercase letters. Never use the Apple logo to represent the name Apple in text.

In U.S. communications, use the registered trademark symbol (®) the first time Apple Pay appears in body copy.

Typesetting Apple Trademarks

Apple trademarks must be typeset exactly as they appear on the Apple Trademark List. For example, Face ID is typeset as two words with an uppercase F followed by lowercase letters, and uppercase ID. Typeset iPhone with a lowercase i and an uppercase P followed by lowercase letters. The name iPhone should start with a lowercase i even when it is the first word in a sentence, paragraph, or title.

Typeset Apple trademarks in a manner that is consistent with your company’s identity. Match the font used in the rest of your communication. Do not imitate Apple typography.

Do not add a trademark symbol to the Apple Pay UI assets provided by Apple. In apps, include Apple trademark attributions wherever legal information is displayed.

In marketing communications, distributed only in the United States, the appropriate symbol (™, ℠, or ®) must follow each Apple trademark the first time it is mentioned in marketing copy, for example:
