SLENDYTUBBIES III — это многопользовательская хоррор игра на выживание. Игроку предстоит побывать в роли известного нам с детства героя телепередачи «Телепузика», белого цвета. Здесь необходимо постараться добыть все тарелки с кремом и, конечно же, остаться в живых, так как за всеми охотится ужасный Тинки-Винки!

В игре доступны несколько обширных локаций с различными зданиями, потайными ходами и секретными местами. На каждой карте множество темных углов и помещений, где может таиться опасность. Каждый участник вооружён фонариком, а также у вас всегда есть возможность найти другие вспомогательные предметы, которые могут помочь вам выжить. По всей карте случайным образом разбросаны и спрятаны 10 тарелок, которые нужно как можно быстрее собрать. Если встречи с жутким монстром не удалось избежать, единственным вариантом остаётся бегство и поиск укромного места, где он не сможет вас отыскать.

В данном хорроре присутствует несколько режимов: одиночный, многопользовательский и сетевой. В первом варианте игрок в одиночку выступает против чудища, в режиме мультиплеер пользователи собираются в одну команду, и выиграть они смогут даже тогда, когда в живых остался только один игрок, главное суметь собрать все тарелки. В сетевой игре могут участвовать два игрока, один из них должен оказаться в роли охотника и поймать второго игрока. Сможете ли вы собрать все тарелки с кремом и остаться в живых?

Помните один из любимых мультсериалов детства, посвящённый жизни милых плюшевых созданий с антеннами на голове? Конечно, речь пойдёт о Телепузиках. Эти необычные человечески с экранами на животе жили в добром и не представляющем опасности мире, полным приключений и забав. Однако в Slendytubbies 3 все изменилось и перевернулось с ног на голову. Весёлые существа Телепузики превратились в монстров Слендипузиков. Теперь геймеру предстоит разобраться что произошло и вернуть беззаботный уклад жизни этим малышам.

Сюжет и геймплей

Телепузики много веков спокойно существовали в своём сказочном мире. Забавные существа даже не представляли, что за ними постоянно наблюдали сотни глаз. Некто создал целые фабрики по производству им подобных существ, заполонивших буквально весь мир. Телепузики являются очень непредсказуемыми созданиями, за действиями которых постоянно необходимо наблюдать. Именно по этой причине кто-то нанял целый отдел людей, которые должны следить за этим. Геймеру предстоит взять на себя роль одного из надзирателей. Целями слежки будут Тинки-Винки, Ляля, Дипси и По. Ежедневно они будут играть, веселиться, бегать, прыгать и, конечно, питаться их любимым заварным кремом. Телепузики настолько милые, что могут легко вызвать привязанность к ним. К сожалению, в один момент случится что-то ужасное, что заставит геймера взглянуть на все с иной точки зрения…

Игра является приквелом к двум предыдущим частям серии. Геймплей выполнен по классическим механикам жанра хоррор. На первый взгляд может показаться, что игра не может вызвать приступов страха из-за мультяшного окружения. Однако это ошибочное мнение. Полюбившиеся персонажи будут становится очень жестокими тварями, готовыми сделать с протагонистом все, что угодно. На протяжении всего процесса они будут пугать вас разными методами и способами. В арсенале геймера можно найти аппаратуру, которая поможет выжить в опасной ситуации. Предметы не являются оружием, но это не повлияет на эффективность их действий.

Интересной особенностью является то, что противники не действуют по заранее заданному сценарию. Каждый враг имеет свои сильные стороны, которые он обязательно проявит в действии. Игра имеет случайную генерацию событий, что сделает каждый новый старт уникальным. Геймплей включает в себе не только выживание, но и решение головоломок.

Происходить все будет в локациях, выполненных в стилистике хоррора. Геймер будет путешествовать по мрачным лесам, темным аллеям и бескрайним пустыням. Для своего года выпуска (2017) игра имеет среднюю графику. Но несмотря на это она заслуживает внимания. Кроме одиночной кампании в ней есть полноценный многопользовательский режим.
