Восстанавливайте придавленные дорожки, а в чём проблема проверить AP_TO_LCM_RESET_CONN_L дальше по цепи, допустим на FL2036, R2052, C2000 там есть, киньте оттуда если нету именно этой линии. А так открываем межслойку на форумах много где есть и восстанавливаем то что у вас продавлено.
дело в том что придавленые дорожки целые,так как звонятся с одной стороны гильзы в противоположную,просто я незнаю какая из этих дорожек должна звонится на данную ножку коннектора,фильтр само собой что прозванивал изначально fl2036

проблема решена. был обрыв одной шины на проц,но не в гильзе и не под процом,росковырял плату до 2слоя,кинул мычку и все запело!

ну ришение своей проблемы я описал кратко,если брать шире,то у меня был обрыв где то в части дорожки между фильтром и гильзой,тоесть та дорожка шла под гильзой до проца,перемычку кидал от гильзы до фитра,акуратно зазеленив проволку и закрепил между элементами так же зеленкой,но у тебя другая шина по ходу оборвана,солюшки шас нету перед собой,но завтра отпишусь,купи сибе zxw,очень сильно помагает в данных вопросах,как с гильзами так и потсветкой,есть спициальные солюхи по этим проблемам,ну и все остальное по солюхе можна увидить,и схемы все есть,так же показатели на коннекторах,вобщем очень нужний донгл.
не доглядел,сори,у тебя та же самая шина что у меня была,вобшем снимай гильзу левую,зачищай ее правую часть,там самая крайняя дорожка и есть той шиной,тестером в диодной прозвонке,плюсом на массу,минус на дорожку под гильзой,если сопротиление есть,то кидай мычку до коннектора либо на FL2036,если нет сопротивления,то печаль,проц под перекатку,либо обрыв по дороге до контакта проца Е4.

Всем доброго времени суток.
Знакомый отдал данный аппарат. Честно признался, что он был залит, после чего погас экран. Носил его в сервис, там сказали нужно менять плату целиком.
После разборки увидел следующее:
1) Оторван шлейф матрицы. Причем оторванную часть тупо выкинули).
2) Ушатан разъем подключения матрицы.
3) Снесенные smd.
По факту телефон включается. При подключении к iTunes он просит ввести логин/пароль icloud для активации телефона. Думаю это хороший признак, значит плата все таки живая.
Что сделал я:
Спаял разбитое гнездо подключения экрана. Убрал все окислы какие были после влаги. Установил новое гнездо подключения матрицы. Пропаял хорошо, проверил каждую ножку под микроскопом. Но к сожалению это не помогло. Дальнейший ремонт подразумевает восстановление снесенных smd.

NOSTUFF — как я понимаю, эти компоненты на плате не распаяны.
На текущий момент, видимо, отсутствие катушки FL4211 — причина того, что нет подсветки экрана.
Но так же нет и изо, светил фонариком, яблока не увидел.
Подскажите, что можно померить, чтобы определится из за чего нет изображения?
ps: в ремонтах iphone новичок, в основном ноуты делаю. Но эта ветка мне так же интересна.
Думаю даже для удобства диагностики купить ZXW.))

Держите кнопку «Home» пока iTunes не определит новое устройство в режиме восстановления (примерно 20-30 секунд).
Теперь устройство находится в режиме DFU и на нем можно производить восстановление программного обеспечения через программное обеспечение от apple — ITunes.
