Unable to scroll through playback timeline.

This is pretty important to me. When reviewing footage, I may need to skip ahead to the next recorded event however the skip forward button doesn’t do anything, and if you try to slide the timeline forward or back it just restarts the entire video from the beginning again. The only thing that works is fast forward and rewind, which is slow.

I came from using a Geovision camera and their GV-Eye mobile app. I had no idea how nice I had it. The app would open with a preset live camera view and by double clicking a single camera you could with one button pull up all motion capture events in a list with time stamps — this was so convenient to access and scroll through!

The one significant advantage iDMSS has is the ability to export video. That feature alone is really nice, it would be nice if you could disable the audio in the exported video if needed though.

It would be great if I could actually use any of the facial recognition/detection search capabilities through the app as well. that’s why I bought the cameras in the first place.

Horrible update! Favorites lost; data not transferred

I’ve been using the original “Lite” application for quite some time, and despite the unacceptable learning curve (due to poor documentation and deficient Chinese programming), managed to get it to work quite reasonably for many months.

This latest update is an absolute travesty. Not only did the upgrade result in all my favorites being lost, it keeps prompting me to update to the new “Plus” version, which I did. But none of the settings from the “Lite” version were transferred over! So now I have to suffer through setting up all that complicated nonsense again, using an application that is decidedly worse than the previous iteration.

Why can’t an American company create something on par with this Chinese garbage so we can at least understand how it works? An absolute shame that this Chinese app is all we have available for this purpose.

Password problem

After setting the password, it asks when I connect to the internet and sometimes it doesn’t ask when I don’t connect to the internet. When I enter the app with no internet at the first time, it asks the password. But after immediately removing the recent app and immediately open the app, it doesn’t ask and it only shows the Network error and then skip the asking password step. So, I enter the app with no internet and then reconnect to the internet when I reach inside the app. And if I do like this, the app doesn’t ask the password and I can watch live without typing password. I hope you can get what I meant and recommend you to fix that problem.

В приложении в любое время доступна наиболее востребованная правовая информация: Конституция РФ, кодексы РФ, основные правовые акты федерального законодательства, обзоры новых документов и справочные материалы.

Кроме этого в выходные и праздничные дни, а также в вечернее время по будням для пользователей сняты ограничения на доступ к расширенной базе документов, а это:

• федеральное законодательство РФ;
• законодательство Москвы и Санкт-Петербурга;
• судебная практика;
• финансовые консультации;
• законопроекты, международные правовые акты и другие документы.

Для работы без доступа в интернет можно заранее поставить закладки на любой документ или его часть, так что нужный кодекс или закон всегда будут под рукой. Документы с закладками сохраняются в разделе «Избранное».

Профессиональный бухгалтер, юрист или кадровик, а также руководители найдут в приложении необходимую справочную информацию (календарь бухгалтера, производственный календарь, правовой календарь, ставки налогов, курсы валют). Вся информация ежедневно обновляется. Изменения сохраненных на устройство документов загружаются автоматически.

Информацию легко найти с помощью Быстрого поиска. Достаточно указать название документа, например: «конституция РФ», «44 ФЗ», «закон о полиции», «бюджетный», «семейный», «гражданский» или «земельный кодекс». Поиск понимает разговорные слова и общепринятые сокращения (коап, гпк, гк рф 2017, ук, нк, упк, ндс). Например, можно набрать «тк» вместо «трудовой кодекс» или «ндфл» вместо «налог на доходы физических лиц». Кратко опишите ситуацию, как в интернет-поисковике, и начните изучать её (например, «обязательный аудит малых предприятий»). Использовать сокращения можно и при поиске конкретной части документа, например, «ст 158 ук рф» или «ст 77 тк рф».

Расширенный поиск поможет найти документы по известным реквизитам (дата принятия НПА, принявший орган, вид документа: закон, проект, постановление и пр.). Доступны тексты в любой редакции, даже c изменениями, не вступившими в силу. При помощи кнопки i на полях можно получить разъяснения (дополнительные документы) к абзацу или статье документа.

Ориентироваться в больших документах (таких как гражданский, налоговый или уголовный кодексы) поможет оглавление и поиск по тексту документа. Из справки к документу можно уточнить особенности и порядок его применения, период действия текущей редакции.
