The perfect autumn fruit salad! It’s loaded with crisp, sweet apples, cranberries and walnuts and covered in a rich, cinnamon cream cheese dressing. What’s not to love?

Creamy Apple Cinnamon Fruit Salad

You can never have too many fruit salad recipes, right? Especially when they are this creamy and luscious and perfectly easy to prepare!

This creamy apple fruit salad is definitely going to be one of my go-to fruit salad recipes from now on. I made it at lunch time and before I’d even taken a bite of the rest of my lunch I’d polished off the my bowl of this and wanted more because it was just that good!

Apples, walnuts and cinnamon just go together, and fruit salads with cream cheese (or in this case light cream cheese) are pretty much the best so you basically already know this is going to be good before tasting it.

I love all the textures and flavors in this apple fruit salad. You get those perfectly crisp sweet apples, a light tartness from the dried cranberries, just the right amount of rich creaminess from the dressing and finally that wonderful crunch from the walnuts.

Trust me, after one taste it’s a fruit salad you’ll crave from then on!

This is the perfect side to your end of summer cookouts coming up this month and of course it’s the perfect salad to transition into fall with!

And let me just say do not leave out the walnuts in this salad. They really do take this salad over the top! A

nd of course I didn’t just use any walnuts, I use Fishers Walnuts not only for there perfect flavor but because they are one of the only brands of recipe nuts made entirely without preservatives!

They are one of my go to snacks plus I love adding them to salads, oatmeal, granola, pastas, baked goods, cheese balls (yeah I’m craving one of those right about now) and so much more!

Wow. This was delicious, light and refreshing. Im on weight watchers and I was looking for a salad recipe that included apples and celery since I ran out of all my other salad fixings. I’m so glad I came across this recipe — it was outstanding. Can wait to make it again.

Like others have noted, this salad is so simple and so delicious, and holds up beautifully the next day! I’m adding it to my go-to summer salad recipes.

I wanted a salad to serve with take-out pizza for a Friday happy hour on our patio, and this was perfect. I used a granny smith apple and added purple cabbage and nigella seeds. This might be the one recipe I know where I would use green rather than purple cabbage next time, just to create a cleaner look. I was so surprised that the apples held up nicely the next day, it must be the lemon they’re tossed in. Yum! Make double the recipe for leftovers the next day. I added toasted hazlenuts to the salad and had that for lunch the next day.

This is a pretty spectacular salad, surprising given how few ingredients there are. I added Parmesan crisps for fun; but even without it I would give it 5 stars. I also used lime juice, which gave everything a sweet and fragrant freshness. I love how this makes it easy to make use of celery, which is so cheap, healthy and filling.

Great salad, no awesome salad! Have a ton of Apples that were given to me, and since I hate to throw out produce and need to find a recipe where I cloud use those apples. Quick, healthy, easy, tasty and cheap. My favorite things 🙂 Great recipe as is. If you want to change it up try using lime juice and cilantro instead of the lemon and parsley. I’ll definitely be making this on a regular basis.

The flavors in this salad recipe are perfect and excellent as is. I would not add or change anything. I think adding nuts would turn the flavor into something too familiar and dull the zestiness of parsley-celery-apple combination. As many have stated in their reviews, this is a refreshing salad. I would double this recipe to bring for potluck. It kept well for next day. We wished we had more!

I usually try to use High Quality Olive Oil in salads when the oil isn’t being cooked. I’m sure this would have been delicious without it. Served this with some beer butt chicken. NOM.

This is sooooo good! We had a fresh head of red cabbage from our neighbor’s garden so we added that and used fresh basil from our garden instead of parsley. Even with those additions, it required very little tweaking of olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper. It was even better the next day . . . and the next day!

I highly reccomend using a great tasting high quality olive oil as the flavor will come through in this simple salad. I agree with an eailier poster that some walnuts would be a welcome addition.

I halved the olive oil and added some walnuts to up the protein. This is crunchy, refreshing bliss!

This salad was very refreshing — great for a summer night. Would also be good for a luncheon. The one thing I might change next time is to do 1 1/2 tablespoons of lemon juice instead of 2, it had a little bit too much bite, but that didn’t diminish the enjoyment of it at all. We really liked it a lot!
