Doubtful but maybe. Nekopara is made in the E-mote engine (which (from what I’ve found) is mainly known for it’s great way of handling dynamic sprites), and I don’t know how well the engine would work on the android and iOS platforms. I’m sure the platforms can handle it, as Nekopara (and any visual novel really) isn’t that intensive on a system but I don’t think that the engine is meant to or able to run on those platforms. — I’ve been finding it hard to get any information on the engine, so I may be wrong but as I said.. it’s looking quite doubtful. Not that I mind, I’m perfectly content with it on my PC.
If you want it on your mobile device, you’re fine with a more manual solution, and you’re fine with a slight bit of lag you can do what I did and download splashtop on an android device and your desktop and then remotely view and play the game. It’s actually really speedy. Of course, you wouldn’t want to play any higher-end games this way since there’s still enough lag to mess up animing, but for this game you practically can’t feel the lag (at least from my experience). It feels like a native android game if you rotate it on it’s side like a widescreen monitor. That’s what I did. I’d recommend it.

it’s possible to bring Ero-Games to Android with Ren’Py, but knowing the E-Mote Engine, playing Nekopara with Everything and Ero-Animations on Android will be still a Dream, despite the RAM of some devices, you would need a Samsung Galaxy S7 minimum to play with 60 FPS like Fortnite. (Nekopara + Fortnite = To be Continued).
ANYWAY, The possibilities to bring the entire trilogy to Android with Ero-Animations is as Hardest as trying to complete Bloodlust in Geometry Dash at the First Attempt
First, E-Mote relies heavily on DirectX, so it will take some time to port it to any mobile device.
Second, Sekai Project have to sell many copies as possible, so it won’t come out anytime soon. (If you don’t know what I mean, look what RS games is doing with GTA V pc)

Kirikiroid2 lets you play some of your private backup games of legally on Android.
Doujin developers could also use it to test the kirikiri2 game on Android without
rewrite any code/scenario (if your game do not use any custom plugin).
We do not provide any game or commercial content, please do not ask us for that.
Kirikiroid2 implement most features of original Kirikiri2 but:
— No external plugin module (or may be in the future?), only hard-coded internal
plugin module
— No CD-Player and MIDI playback, all request will ignored and no exception will
be thrown
— No font select window, control center, script/pad editor, and so on.
And some additional feature:
— Execute «patch.tjs» before «startup.tjs», if it exists
— Execute «RegisterData.tjs» for emulate Windows Register
— Use «xp3filter.tjs» for decoding crypted xp3 archive, see the demo for detail
— Use the fantastic libavcodec media library for decoding video/audio, you can play
almost every video/audio that ffmpeg supported, just your CPU is strong enough
— You can choose OpenGL ES2 renderer instead of original software renderer, save
more battery and keep cool, play smoother, but it cost more memory, and not as such
compatible as software renderer 🙁
— Use «default.ttf» in game folder for ttf rendering if it exists, otherwise uses system font.
Some system maybe has no CJK fonts, you should copy a valid ttf font and rename it
to «default.ttf» in game folder.
— Use «default.cur» in game folder for virtual mouse cursor if it exists.
Copy the whole game data to sdcard or internal storage, run Kirikiroid2, pickup
data.xp3, or somename.exe if no data.xp3. Some games need xp3filter or patch,

The Options in Global Option menu will affect all your game, and In-Game Menu is
the game script registered functions, it will only worked in that one game. There has
no per-game option so far.
If you tap two fingers on screen, it will regarded as mouse right-clicking.
In virtual mouse mode, tap one finger and keep on for a while, to emulate left button
drag; Tap two fingers for a while to emulate right button drag.
Most of commercial games use custom extension plugins, and most of those cannot
play under Kirikiroid2. You can login our bbs: bbs.avgfun.net and leave your message
about your game, we may implement it in the future version.

NEKOPARA Vol. 1
Вы только вообразите себе обыкновенный мир, который не отличается от нашего, с одной особенности – в NEKOPARA Vol. 1 вместе с людьми живут нэко (девушки-кошки). Главным персонажем будет парень по имени Касё Минадзуки, семья которого вот уже на протяжении многих лет занимается кондитерским делом. Но возник конфликт, и парень решает уйти от них в самостоятельное плавание, забрав из дома все вещи. И вот среди этих вещей оказались две нэко, которые выросли в его семье, а теперь пожелали стать помощницами в обустройстве парню собственной пекарни.
Краткие описание характеров главных персонажей:
- Касё Минадзуки по своему характеру добрый и отзывчивый парень, обладающий талантами кондитера. Но из-за споров с отцом решает уйти из дому, хотя по-прежнему трепетно относится к своим родным. По большей части он занимается приготовлением сладостей и совершенствует свои способности в этом.
- Сигурэ Минадзуки – это младшая сестра Касё, девушка трудолюбивая и ответственная, она любыми способами пытается помочь брату, даже работая официанткой в его заведении.
- Чокола и Ванилла – две сестры-нэко, полные противоположности друг друга. Если Чокола – энергичная и веселая, то Ванилла – спокойная и сдержанная. Первая может совершить необдуманный поступок, вторая предпочитает тщательно продумать все возможные действия.
Если говорить о графическом оформлении NEKOPARA Vol. 1, то нельзя не упомянуть о спецэффектах, которые однозначно являются сильной стороной проекта. Рисунки тщательно проработаны, отличные фоны, анимированные герои, которые могут двигаться. Касательно сюжетной линии, то нельзя сказать, что это нечто особенное и невероятное. Но для тех, кто предпочитает размеренный темп, подойдет отлично.

NEKOPARA Vol. 1 – первый эпизод посвящен истории кондитера Касё Минадзуки, что переехал в другой город. В нем, он пытается открыть кондитерскую и начать свой бизнес. Но открыв коробки с вещами, обнаруживает двух нэко, что увязались за ним – Чоколу и Ваниллу. Вначале, он попытался отправить их домой к семье, но девушки уговаривают его повременить с этим. Они хотят помочь Касё во всех начинаниях. В процессе, они получают право носить колокольчики и работать, что позволяет сблизиться с хозяином. А в конце, приезжает сестра Сигурэ вместе с остальными нэко.
Второстепенные персонажи NEKOPARA Vol. 1:
- Азуки – старшая девочка-кошка. Ничего не боится и не скрывает свое мнение, может нецензурно выражаться. Но готова выполнить любую работу, без физического труда.
- Клен – высокомерная и внимательная, не любит горячее и страшится темноты, поэтому всегда включает ночники.
- Корица – легко возбудимая и чувственная, ведет себя как мать по отношению к другим сестрам. Постоянно улыбается.
- Кокос – высокая с буйным характером, но преданная хозяину. У нее плохая координация и есть комплекс, касающийся не женственной внешности.
Кинетическая новелла без права выбора, в ней предстоит читать текст и узнавать сюжет путем разговоров. Для спрайтов героев была создана анимация. Присутствует специальный курсор в виде ладони. С помощью его можно гладить персонажей, в свою очередь, они будут на это реагировать.
