Некоторые поставщики серверов не предоставляют поддержку PAP аутентификации поэтому нам нужно отключить её, перейдя в Настройки > Прочее > Метод аутентификации, затем снять метку с PAP, и сохранить.

Open SSTP Client for Android
This is an open-sourced Secure Socket Tunneling Protocol (MS-SSTP) client for Android, developed for accessing to VPN Azure Cloud (or SoftEther VPN Server). So no test with other servers is done. Its behavior may be still unstable.
You can download and install the latest version via Google Play
Enter Host , Username and Password preferences and turn the switch on. If a key icon gets to show on the right side of the status bar, establishing a VPN connection has been succeeded. To disconnect the connection, turn the switch off in the home tab or tap the notification.
Some settings to be noted are written below:
Add Trusted Certificates (SSL Layer)
If you choose a certain directory, the client uses ONLY certificates in the directory, but the default certificate store. I made this option for debugging.
PPP Network Protocol
You can choose what network protocol PPP layer tries enabling. Remember, IPv6 option just gives the device a link local address, never guarantees that you can communicate perfectly with IPv6 protocol.
Host preference can also contain IP address, but cannot include a port number. You can configure it in the setting tab.
Your device needs to install a self-signed certificate and disable Verify Hostname option to access to a server using it
A server must enable DHCP
Only PAP and MS-CHAPv2 authentication protocols can be enabled. No EAP.
It is almost impossible that I can debug a problem caused in any environments but my own. In a networking app, there are many possible reasons to cause the problem and I cannot identify the real one unless the problem can be reproduced in my environment.
So it is strongly encouraged that you should debug by yourself. With Select Cipher Suites option, this client tries to use TLS_RSA_WITH_AES_128_CBC_SHA or TLS_RSA_WITH_AES_256_CBC_SHA as a cipher suite so that you can decrypt and investigate packets with software like WireShark. I think there can be a similar app for Android. Don’t forget the great software, Android Studio and its emulator (v^ー°)
I don’t have Windows Server OS. So I don’t officially support accessing to it, but there is a successful case. See this issue.
Licensed under MIT. Be sure you use this software at your own risk.

Android 4—7 SSTP Setup Tutorial (SSTP Client)
Before you start you need to get your VPN account credentials from the StrongVPN’s Customer Area.
To log into the Customer Area you need to use your email with us as a login. The password is the one that you’ve created when you first made an order (if you haven’t changed it since then, of course).
You can login from the StrongVPN website, there is a link at the top:
If that doesn’t work, the direct link to the Customer Area login page is: https://intranet.strongvpn.com/services/intranet/
If you can not remember your password, please reset it using this link: https://intranet.strongvpn.com/services/intranet/password_reset/
After logging in hover over «VPN Accounts» at the top, then click the menu item «VPN Accounts Summary«.
Click «Account Setup Instructions» near the PPTP/L2TP/SSTP account.
On this page you will see your account setup credentials: Server Address, Username, Password and IPSec Key (only needed for L2TP connection).
Please notice: The credentials on the screen above will not work — this is just an example.
We recommend to leave Account Setup Instructions window open, since you will need this information for setup.
Make sure that you have credentials at hand until you finish.
Warning!
The SSTP Client application described in this tutorial is a 3rd party paid application, which is not affiliated with StrongVPN service in any way.
We have tested it and found it useful for the cases when no other VPN protocols are working in certain networks.
Before you make the purchase, try to use all the other protocols we offer, such as PPTP, L2TP, OpenVPN, IPSec or IKEv2. Also, make sure SSTP works for you using Windows computer.
This tutorial was made on Android 5.1 (Lolypop), but it is tested and compatible for all Android versions from 4 to 7 as well.
The steps are the same or very similar.
Step 1
Start by opening the Play Store.
Step 2
Enter “sstp” in the search field, tap on “SSTP VPN Client” in the search results list.
Step 3
Once you are on the application’s page, tap the button with the price.
Step 4
Then you will see the permissions window, tap “Accept”.
Step 5
Make the purchase and payment.
Step 6
When the application is downloaded and installed, tap “Open”.
Step 6
Tap round button with “+” at the bottom of the screen to create the new VPN profile.
Step 8
Tap “EMPTY VPN PROFILE”.
Step 9
Go to “Remote servers”.
Step 10
Tap “+” to add the server.
Step 11
Enter your Server address from the Account Setup Instructions in the “Remote host” field. This is your credential that you obtained in the Customer Area at the beginning of this tutorial. If you are not sure where to get it, scroll up the page, you can find the instructions there. It is not “str-XXXXXX.reliablehosting.com”, that is just an example.
Check “Set tunnel MTU” and input “1480” in the field below.
Tap “OK” when done.
Step 12
Then you will see the saved server in the servers list. Tap left arrow icon at the top to go back to general connection settings.
Step 13
Tap “Authentication”.
Step 14
Check the “Enable MS-CHAPv2” box.
After that check “Save user and password” box and fill the “Username” and “Password” fields below it.
For manual setup username is not your email and the password is not your password for Customer Area.
You can find these credentials in the Customer Area, same place where the Server address is located.
When you are done, tap the save icon at the top (in the shape of the floppy disk).
Step 15
Now turn on the switch near the StrongVPN connection in the connections list.
Step 16
You will see the Android VPN network warning, tap “OK”.
Step 17
Connection status will change to “Connecting”.
Wait while it connects.
When the VPN is connected the status will change to “Connected”.
Also notice the the shield icon at the top bar that represents running SSTP Client app and the key icon which means the VPN is connected.
Step 18
To check if your IP address is changed successfully open the browser and go to http://strongvpn.com/.
Connecting the SSTP using SSTP Client on Android 4, 5, 6 and 7
- Go to your applications list and tap on “SSTP Client” icon.
- Once the application launched tap the switch near the needed profile on the list.
When the VPN is connected the status will change to “Connected”.
Also note the key icon on the top panel, this indicates the running VPN.
Disconnecting the SSTP using SSTP Client on Android 4, 5, 6 and 7
Swipe down from the top of the screen (notifications bar) to see the applications status messages. Tap the “DISCONNECT” button under the SSTP connection status bar.
As an alternative you can go to the applications list and tap on “SSTP Client” icon, once in the application tap the switch near the connected profile on the list.
