Этот пак скинов состоит из двух модов — «Vados’ HD Peds Pack» от Вадоса и «Insanity Grove Homies and Remastered Characters» от Ezekiel_RN.
Мод заменяет аж 277 игровых скинов на их высококачественные аналоги. Как пешеходов, так и главных героев игры.

Vados’ HD Peds Pack along with Ezekiel_RN’s Insanity Grove Homies and Remastered Characters.
This modification will replace 277 peds in game. Also it will changes the visual of the peds and main characters to High Definition in-game models.
