Missing feature
I love this app and use it all the time. However, there is one feature that would make the app perfect. My main use of the app is usually to see how far away my wife is when she is on her way to meet me or coming home from work. Currently, the app will easily show me directions as if I was going to go meet her. I would love it if I could press only one button and she how long/far away she is from coming to my location. I’m sure many people use the app for the same reason. How long til this person gets to my location? You are preparing dinner or meeting at a movie and you just want to know how long til they arrive without having to text them. I realize I can click a few times to open directions in Maps and then reverse the “to and from” but that’s a lot of steps. I live in NYC and traffic is crazy so it isn’t accurate to assume the travel time is the same from both ways.
It’s Good but…
I love The App back then When find my friends was it’s own company and not part of Apple. Because it is Missing a Core feature I still want and is still lacking. Find my friends/ family to ping the location on where my loved ones is located! Like similar to Life360! I don’t know why Apple shut it Off! I used this o the Old iPhones it’s was amazing and Find my app now is Good only for Finding well phone, iPods, or keys/ wallet! I would rated a Perfect 5 if it has this feature! Plus if you can Post store on we’re your loved ones work or what not! Just because it makes sense. If a family of for has all IPhones they should do this. APPLE PLEASE FIX THIS!
A small change I’d LOVE to see added
I’m a HUGE fan of how Apple handles location based stuff. And Find My does great! BUT. I would love to see one feature simplified and improved on. Friend location notifications (when they arrive or leave somewhere). Life360 does it much simpler and more easily. Add a “place” to the map (and be able to give it a label like “home”, etc), and then set what notifications you would like to receive from the other person: Notify me when they 1)leave that location 2)arrive there or 3)both. I think it would be a small change to DRASTICALLY improve that functionality.

Use the People album in Photos on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
The Photos app recognizes the faces of people in your photos and groups them together. You can name the people in your photos, mark your favorites, and more.
Here’s how it works
The Photos app scans your photos to help you quickly recognize the people, scenes, and objects within the photos. Depending on the number of photos that you have, you can watch a Memory movie of them. And when you have iCloud Photos turned on, the people you favorite or name stay up to date across your Apple devices.
Find someone in the People album
The Photos app organizes the images of the people in the People album. You’ll see a face thumbnail for each person your device recognizes. To find someone in your People album:
- Open the Photos app.
- Tap the Albums tab.
- Tap the People album.
If you named a person in the Photos app, you can also find them under the Search tab. Just tap Search , then type the person’s name.
Add someone to the People album
- Open a photo of the person that you want to add.
- Tap the Info button , then tap the face of the person with a question mark.
- Tap Tag With Name and type the person’s name or tap the name if it shows up.
- Tap Next, then tap Done.
Put a name to a face
Photos suggests names from your Contacts, but you can manually add a name to someone that’s already in your People album: Here’s how:
- Open the People album, then tap the thumbnail of the person that you want to name.
- Tap Add Name at the top of the screen.
- Type the person’s name or select their name if it shows up.
- Tap Next, then tap Done.
Merge photos of the same person
Sometimes the same person is identified in more than one group within your People album. To merge all of the photos under one group:
- Go to the People album and tap Select.
- Select the people that you want to merge.
- Tap Merge near the bottom of the screen.
- Tap Yes to confirm the merge.
Use «Feature Less» in the People album
With iOS 14 and later, you can have the Photos app suggest certain people less frequently. This adjusts the way the Photos app curates your Memories, Featured photos, and the photos that you see in the Photos widget — so you see less photos of these people. Here’s how:
- Open the People album and tap the person’s thumbnail.
- Tap the More button in the upper-right corner.
- Tap «Feature [Name] Less.»
- Select an option, like Feature This Person Less or Never Feature this Person, then tap Confirm.
If you choose to feature someone less, you’ll have to reset your Memories settings in order to see that person again in the People album. Go to Settings > Photos, tap Reset Suggested Memories, then tap Reset to confirm.
Instead of suggesting someone less, you can remove them from the People album. Just follow steps 1-2 and tap «Remove [name] from People.» You can add them back whenever you want.
Favorite people
Mark the People that you access the most as a Favorite so that it’s easier to find them. If you haven’t set any Favorites yet, you’ll see the Favorite button on the photos. To favorite someone, just tap the Favorite button .
You can also tap the person’s thumbnail, tap the More button , then tap «Add [Name] to Favorites.» To favorite multiple people at once, tap Select, tap each person that you want to favorite, then tap Favorite at the bottom of the People album.
Change a thumbnail photo
Photos automatically assigns a face thumbnail for each person it recognizes. If you want to use a different photo for someone’s thumbnail, you can change it from their photo collection screen. Here’s how:
- Open the People album, then tap the person.
- Tap Select, then tap Show Faces to focus on just the person’s face in each photo.
- Tap the photo that you want to use.
- Tap the Share button , then tap Make Key Photo.
Fix mixed-up names and faces
If you notice that there’s a photo of someone in a collection that’s misidentified, you can remove it. Here’s how:
- In the People album, tap the person.
- Tap Select, then tap Show Faces to focus on just the person’s face in each photo.
- Tap each photo that isn’t of the person.
- Tap the Share button , then tap «This is Not [Name].»

I am very unhappy I am in the process of moving and I am also in the process of having to get this new Sim card but they have not sent it to me but they keep saying they’re sending it to me and all of my accounts are attached to it who else has this problem and who else is that it had to go through this on my iPhone I have to sign into my account with my fingerprint so that verifies me but when I try to put my phone number in it says that it’s not the right phone number on my account other than the negative Ness of this issue I love Qlink I think they’re great I think the people are great and they really have been there for me for a long time if I have an issue did you try to take care of it and have taken care of it almost every time but right now this has been really ongoing end it usually is when they have to send me a new phone or something like that it usually takes a couple of months for me to get a package from them so that’s just saying that it is not the people it’s the procedures The mechanical part of it
No service
I can’t make or receive any calls. I checked my settings and everything is turned on the way it should be. My bill is paid up to date. I have the unlimited talk and text plan with 1gb data. I can’t log into the app because it didn’t recognize my number. I can, however, still log into my online account without a problem. I noticed other people have been having the same problem. They say they’ve sent a SIM card and I keep getting text messages to start using the new sim but it still hasn’t arrived. I don’t think it ever will. My daughter reported this company to the bbb before and left because of issue’s she’s had with them that got no resolution. It’s time I do the same. It’s a pity for them to be losing customers so frequently due to poor service.
BYOP don’t buy from dem. Where my free tablet?
Because thes they send you are be worked a dollar at rhe pawn shop. I brought my phone phone, I’ve actually had 3 different kinds “MOTO” Samsun galaxy, And now I’m using the iPhone 7. I haven’t had any issues that’s everyone’s been saying. The problem is is get 5 emails a day saying I need to press that button on the email or I will lose my service. And I also did the EBB ENERGENCY SERVICE cause I wanted the New Tablet. There “SUPPOSE” to send out. I got a email about it but still nothing has happened about that tablet. So what’s up with the tablets? Which it just a scam? So we’ll had to upgrade to your NEW SIM CARD??
