Robin Morningwood — осенью, на [baraJam2018] (https://itch.io/jam/barajam-2018) заявилась небольшая команда из пары человек и предоставили демку своей игры — Robin morningwood. На мой взгляд, игра стала неформальным победителем этого джема. Как и участие ребят в нем — Видно что над игрой они начали трудиться гораздо раньше, а тут просто подвернулась неплохая возможность её продемонстрировать.

Тем не менее, после публикации демки и позитивного фидбэка они запустили кампанию на Кикстартере, которая символически завершилась 14 февраля. Не могу сказать, что она завершилась с оглушительным успехом, но ребята уверенно набрали нужную сумму и бэкеры наскребли ещё на пару дополнительных персонажей.

Так, о чем эта игра? Это графическая адвенчура — чем-то напоминает классические квесты, только без головоломок, но с мини-играми. Мне понравилось, как кто-то написал об этой игре, что она именно такая, какая должна быть игра для взрослых — не пошло и много юмора.

Главный герой оказывает около небольшого городка, но на входе его встречает стража, которая решает испытать главного героя магической книгой. Герой с честью проходит испытание и оказывается в средневековом городе полном клёвых мужиков, которые не прочь развлечься с нашим героем и подарить ему свои трусы, через которые он может вспомнить своих новых знакомых.

В демке нас одарят трусами всего пара персонажей, а с остальными можно будет перекинуться лишь парой фраз. Но затравка интригующая. Я точно буду следить за игрой, а сделать это можно, например, на официальном твиттере проекта.

We are coming for Christmas with a new major update!

Installation instructions

Since we can’t upload 1go+ files on itch.io, we had to split it:

PC

To install the PC version, you’ll have to download all «PC VERSION (5.0) File x» packages in the same folder. You will end up with a .exe file, and 2 .bin files. Just double click the .exe and install the game like usual.

MAC

To install the OSX version, you’ll have to download all «MAC OSX VERSION (5.0) File x» packages in the same folder. You will end up with 2 zip files. Unarchive them (using 7zip for exemple) to get the .dmg you can install like usual.

Here is what this new version contains (* SPOILER ALERT *):

• Horace’s and Beton’s affinity dialogues
• 2 places outside of Whellcum to visit: Golden sand and Lavalanch
• Bakery repair and Zack’s mini game
• Access to Bandit’s lair
• 5 new underwear to unlock
• 3 new Strip Lucky cards to collect
• Access to the barracks classroom, and access to the library in the evening.
• Access to Grant’s room
• Some hidden easter eggs .
• A feature to transfer your save files from one device to another using your local area network (wifi)

I don’t seem to get some of the moves in the guide am i missing some way to learn new moves apart from leveling?

You can learn skills by buying skill books in the library once it’s restored (you need to restore the smithy first and finish a follow up quest).

To restore smithy you must have anvil. But to have anvil I must have a skill that I didn’t. (Skill training complete)

You don’t need it. You can win battles by using non ultimate skills (and buying better weapon from the weapon shop, which does not require any special resource to fix).

Edit: You can also buy rudimentary armor (butt plugs) from the twink orc trader on the first scenario of Dustridge. And various teas and stews from traders and NPCs.

You are not wrong. It’s «Slap His Ass». Either I made a mistake or something was changed in an update.

Someone what equipment i have to use to defeat every guy?

Now that the Dark Knights have been made slightly easier with the 6.x update (Thanks, Grizzly Gamer!), I’m able to defeat them fairly reliably with the Chopping Blade and the King’s plug and ring. No idea what it’s going to take to beat the King.

The guide has been updated with the currently latest v.6.4 update.
There was a lot of rebalancing and a lot of previous skills have been changed. All of that has been updated. If you notice a mistake in any of these please let me know.

Might be a bit challenging if you don’t have enough skills unlocked but try these with help of +60hp tea

After repairing The Forge (and the Dark Knight sequence), the main quest should be Rescue the 3 villagers

After rescuing the Dark Villagers, Beton would visit you in your home and would inform you about joining the Guards by participating in the tournament. Head to the camp, talk to Beton (morning/afternoon) win the tournament.

Have you talked to Orderic about replacing the missing part? After you do and he tells you that it’s impossible, a new location will open on the world map where you can find the missing piece.
