Works! Amazing!

I have to say, everyone in the small country of Belarus (it’s between Russia and Ukraine) pays bills and purchases items by sending money to a business’s or a person’s debit card. Kind of the complete opposite where, here in the us, business charge credit cards. This is the only app I found that worked, that could send money to a debit card instantly. Not just any debit card, but a Belarusian debit card, and do so instantly. So I could buy my Cousin Flowers for her birthday while she was in Belarussia. This is the only app that works after trying like 20 of them including Apple Pay and Google Pay, which require recipients to be in the same country. The flower shop received money directly to their debit card, which I still find weird as an American. Thank you PaySend!

Always having issues with verification.

I started using this app over a year ago, everything was fine from the start because I was still under $1,000 limit.
Things started going crazy when I went over that limit, I have to send funds home for my family upkeep, every time they make me send in my ID and even my bank info for some stupid verification, which I did at first. It took a while and my account was unlocked and then locked again because this app decided to stop accepting my bank card after a while year of transacting with them. They will not give me any reasons as to why they stop and I was forced to use another bank card. They eventually locked my account and asked me for a selfie of me, my ID and the card that I’m trying to use. They even went to the extent of asking me for my international passport which is really stupid. Why are you asking me for my life details?? I’m not a new customer, I have been using your app over a year and you have all my transaction history and I don’t know why you’re making life so difficult. All I want to do is send funds home for my family upkeep and you are making that impossible for me. This app is garbage, I don’t know the kind of customer service team they have set up in their office but they really don’t know what they are doing. You guys are really messed up.

Being a regulated financial institution, Paysend is obliged by the applicable laws and regulation to collect certain documents and information from you, including information about you, the transfer, and the recipient. Moreover, we provide a high level of security to ensure that your card is used by an authorized person and to protect you from potential fraudsters. Therefore, we often ask customers to send the photo of the card, however, always explaining how this photo should be taken – only the cardholder name, first six and last 4 digits of the card number should be visible.

World class app

I still can’t believe it that this app works so great as it has been working for me
I have been all over the website for about 4 months or more looking for how to send money abroad
I really can’t believe this app, it work so great and wonderful
I have been using it to send money now about 3 weeks ago,
The comfort it this apps gives me tempted me to come drop this review on it
I don’t know how they do it
But I know when I ask for a money to be send from my debit card, within 30min my recipient sees the money
I haven’t seen anything as efficient as that all my life, even world remit doesn’t work that way,
If there’s any rate better than 5 you people deserve it
Kudos to you for making such a app for people like us 🤲🏾🤲🏾❤️

AWESOME APP

I was going nuts trying to transfer data from one device to another! I’m not very tech savvy and I feel embarrassed asking for help. After I googled my questions, a tech site recommended this app. But, after all my searches, installs, uninstalls, I was skeptical. But, here we go again! Well, Send Anywhere. All I can say is. WOW, WOW, WOW! You are FREAKIN’ AWESOME! It’s instructions for downloading and using it is so simple and easy to follow! They are laid out in such a simplistic way that even a child can follow them! Everything I wanted and needed transferred is complete! All with the touch of a few keystrokes! I love ya and I’m gonna go on Facebook and post my recommendations for you to my friends and family! THANK YOU, SEND ANYWHERE DEVELOPERS FOR SUCH A GREAT PRODUCT.

Amazing! But theres a problem.

I’ve been using this app for about 3 months now. It was amazing!! I could send recordings of my computer screen straight to my phone’s camera roll. But just yesterday, I decided to install IOS 14. After that, it sent to the actual app. I could see the video through the app but it wasn’t in my camera roll. The main reason I downloaded this app was to send recordings to my phone so that I could edit those videos on my phone. I don’t know why its doing this. Maybe it has to do with a new update? Please tell me whats going on! I absolutely LOVE THIS APP. And I can’t find another one like it.

Hi there, Send Anywhere auto-save all received photos and videos to the Photos app by default and it is displayed and classified in the ‘Photo’ and ‘Video’ tab of the Send menu in Send Anywhere app. If the received file format is not supported by iOS or the received file contains an audio codec not supported by iOS, it cannot be saved in Camera roll of Photos app. Please make sure that the received file is saved in the ‘File’ tab of Send Menu.

Excellent App, but needs encryption

I am pro member. I use this app a lot and one thing I love is the frequent updates which shows that the developers are constantly working to make a fantastic app even much better. I gave it 4 Stars for now because there is a few features I’ll like too see added eg. End-to-end encryptions, the ability to password protect files sent and a way to see when the files sent is being downloaded i.e. if I share a link I’ll like to see how many times it was downloaded, if it’s actively being downloaded etc. For me it’s all about security and how the developer handles or guarantees privacy. I read through and did not see any mention of that. Forgive me if I missed it. Otherwise, great app and hoping to see those requested features in future updates.
