Dubai Mall Online Shopping Application

Amazing app for shopping before COVID-19 pandemic. Wishing this application upgrade immediately to easy way shopping online using this application just click on the list store We can do shopping online with all stores at Dubai Mall. Keep it healthy and safe

Botched navigation, outdated info

The app is informative, although not online. Tried the navigation functionality and it was a total fiasco.
* searched for the store I wanted to go to. It gave me the info that it was on L2. No floor map, no location.
I clicked navigate there, it took me around the mall, down one level, then two levels up from a totally distant escalator. I followed instructions to the end, to find out that the store was one level up, 20 meters away from where I was standing! Moreover, the store was under renovation and closed.

So the app caused me 20 minutes of wild goose chase caused by a botched navigation algorithm and having no update about which shops are closed:(

Stores Names

The names of the stores should be the same. But am scanning the bills as the conditions the dates, dubai mall & above 100 AED in the end the name doesn’t match!! This is not may mistake! I already called the call center & still no answer to my questions Or any update about the rejected bill. So like these actions make my very miserable. Plus they should recognize any small mistakes by stores NOT by customers. This is not a rational reason to reject bills above 100 AED. Please make improvement that pleas all customers. I think improvement should be remarkably.

Indoor mapping and navigation is so helpful

A shame the app insists on always having access to my location to use it though. I’d rather it only use my location while on screen.

Trying to be too clever — so Largely Useless.

The App has improved but still unusable to find a specific store location. From search within the app it won’t just show where the store is on a map, but only shows directions. It will only show directions once it has found current location.. which never happens.

Just give me an option to show me where the store is on the map!

So bad such a bad app so bad

I downloaded this app and my phone was 90% charged. Now, I search up one shop and my battery suddenly decreases by 70% battery!! Do you realise, Dubai mall, that this can be very bad as I need to call family to get back to my hotel and if my phone runs down because of this dumb stupid app I would be stuck in dubai! Okay do you understand how dangerous that could be as I don’t have my own money here. Please think about your scam app and fix it or else.

Great app as the mall itself.
Very useful when visiting Dubai Mall. Easily find your way towards Mall and find parking information before entering the mall. No need to search for your car in the hot parking area, just type your vehicle number and get the location in a blink of the eye. Guides you all the way through the mall to your desired shop and restaurant.
This is your best guide when you are visiting Dubai Mall.
