If you’re the iPhone’s original owner, take the device and its original purchase receipt to a physical Apple Store.

If not, but you’re able to contact the person who set the lock, send them this link and tell them to follow its instructions.

If neither of the above applies, you can’t activate the device but may be able to get it refunded. Apple won’t remove the lock for anyone other than the original owner(assuming they’re alive.)

Contact whoever you purchased the phone from. They will need to remove the lock. Apple does not do business or provide service or support in Iraq.

If you purchased the phone from an authorized source, then you will need to make an international call to contact Apple in a country where they provide support. You will need to provide an original purchase receipt for the phone from an authorized source before they will be able to help you.

The short answer is, if you bought the phone second hand, it is now most likely permanently bricked.

How to Fix ‘This iPhone is Currently Linked to An Apple ID’ Problem

iPhones are very attractive and very expensive devices so; you can guess that not all its followers are able to get a new phone from the store. They, often buy a used iPhone, at a cheaper price. But after getting the iPhone, most of them complain that this iPhone is linked to an Apple ID. So, basically the users get stuck with an already linked Apple ID on their iPhone. Take the device to your local Apple store with proof of purchase like original receipt and they should be able to help.

There’s no local Apple stores in my country, I live in Lithuania, and I cant use my phone for now like 3 days already.

This Apple ID has been locked for security reasons.

It says when I try to again type my password. Then when i click unlock, verify my number, it says:

Account Recovery in Progress

Your request for account recovery is still being processed.

When your account is ready for recovery, instructions will be sent to the phone number you provided.

Account recovery will take a few days. You can check the status of your request at iforgot.apple.com
