• Google Pixel 6, Pixel 5, Pixel 4a 5G and Pixel 4a

How do I bring my own iPhone to Verizon and sign up for service using the eSIM in the device?

If you are bringing your iPhone to Verizon, you can activate the eSIM using the My Verizon app.

1. Download the My Verizon app from the App Store.
2. Tap the My Verizon icon to open it.
3. Once the My Verizon app opens, tap Join Now.
4. Locate your Digital SIM IMEI:
   • Tap Settings
   • Tap General
   • Tap About
   • Scroll to your Digital SIM IMEI, then tap and hold to Copy
5. Enter your Digital SIM IMEI
   • Return to the My Verizon app
   • Tap the field for Digital SIM IMEI Number
   • Tap and hold to Paste your SIM IMEI
   • Tap Check eligibility
6. On the next screen tap Let’s Go
7. You’ll proceed through a series of screens with steps to activate Verizon service:
   • Choose your location
   • Review and pick a plan
   • Select a phone number
   • Enter your account, billing, and payment information
   • Complete a credit check
   • Create an Account PIN
   • Agree to the Customer Agreement
   • Review the information you entered

   After you finish navigating through the screens, you’ll need to activate your eSIM:

8. Check your email on another device (computer, tablet, etc.) for a confirmation message from Verizon that contains a QR code. (If you have an iPhone 12, iPhone 12 Pro, iPhone 12 Pro Max, or iPhone 12 mini, a QR code is NOT required. You can skip the next step.)
9. Use your iPhone to scan the QR code:
   • Tap Settings
   • Tap Cellular
   • Tap Add Cellular Plan
   • Scan the QR code from your email
   • You’ll be taken to a new set of screens to set up your account

How do I activate a Samsung smartphone with eSIM?

How do I activate a Windows laptop with eSIM?

To activate a compatible Windows laptop with eSIM:

1. Power on your Windows device, and complete the Out of Box setup.
2. When prompted, select a Wi-Fi network, and follow the instructions to connect.
3. When you reach the Home screen, select the Network icon on the taskbar at the bottom right of the screen.
4. Look for «Get Connected» under the Cellular icon and select Connect with a data plan. This opens the Windows Mobile Plans Application.
5. Select Verizon from the carrier list. If you don’t see Verizon in the list, your laptop is not currently compatible on the Verizon network. Find out which devices and laptops can I bring to Verizon using eSIM.
6. Choose New or Existing Customer and sign in with your My Verizon user ID or mobile number and password when prompted.
7. Follow the instructions and proceed through a series of screens with steps to activate Verizon service on your device.
8. When a new line of service has been added, a profile will download and install.
9. When you see the message «Your device activated» your laptop is connected to the Verizon 4G/5G Network.

I just bought a new dual-SIM with eSIM-capable phone from the Apple store. Can I call Verizon to activate Verizon service on the eSIM instead of visiting a Verizon store?

Yes, you no longer have to visit a Verizon store to activate your eSIM device. Just contact us, and tell the Verizon customer service representative that you want to activate an eSIM and provide them with the IMEI2. You can find the IMEI2 on your iPhone by going to Settings > General > About.

What phone number do I get when I bring my device to Verizon using eSIM?

When switching to Verizon, you can either port your existing number over from your current carrier, or you can elect to have a new number assigned to you. You’ll be able to pick which option is best for you while completing the set up screens.

Note: To qualify for the $500 bring your own device promo, you must port your number to Verizon from your existing carrier.

И ещё пара вещей; одна из них практически беспрецедентная (если всё так, и не иначе). Что странно — так это то, что для iPhone будут созданы специальные приложения Verizon, такие как VZ Navigator и V CAST Media Manager.
