The Apple Store app provides a more personal way to shop for the latest Apple products and accessories. Get recommendations based on the Apple products you already own. Find out which accessories are compatible with your devices. Easily upgrade to a new iPhone from your current one. Keep track of your orders wherever you go. And sign up for hands-on sessions in store. You can even use Apple Pay to check out from your iPhone when you visit a participating Apple Store.
Note that the Apple Store app and certain features are available only in select countries.
How your data is used
To confirm compatibility and recommend products, the app will access both the services and the name, model, and part number of devices linked to your Apple ID. To turn off this feature, go to Account > Settings > My Devices and Services.

A critical part of the Apple experience beyond elegance in design, beyond product reliability, and beyond integrity in handling those rare occasions when support is needed, is simple thoughtfulness. The facility of use, the intuitive UI, and the ease and simplicity of discovering more and more commands effortlessly is what makes the Apple experience what it is. This is at the root of the deeply held loyalty of Apple customers.
This app is an extension of the Apple experience for purposes of buying from Apple. Nothing bad, nothing surprising, it just works as you would expect it to. Perfectly.
Disappointed
I tried to order some apple products this past Black Friday weekend with no resolve. I tried to pay for the items in my cart using Apple Pay which has my debit card, two different credit cards, and my one-week-old Apple Card. All cards have a close to zero or zero balance and work for reoccurring monthly payments as well as recent purchases at my regular grocery shopping. I spent over 2 hours on the phone with over four different phone calls with three additional apple employees. I figured there were issues with Apple being overloaded with Black Friday/Cyber Monday orders on Saturday, so I tried Sunday and again on Monday. I tried all my Apple Pay payment options and always got “Payment Not Processed.” I made sure my iOS and Apple store app were up to date. I deleted and reinstalled the Apple Store app. I restarted my phone—all of which the Apple employees had me do again over my phone calls with them. So Thursday and Friday, the apple store didn’t work. I invested in the Apple ecosystem to not deal with tech issues. I invested three extra hours in helping Apple become aware of its problems and get more orders. I missed out on the $25 Black Friday gift card, and this issue still isn’t resolved within this version of the Apple Store app and my iPhone 12 Pro Max. I wish someone would help me as much as I have helped apple become of this issue.
Don’t recommend
So on October 12 I ordered AirPods through the apple online store expecting really good service well NO I ordered them on October 12 and it said they would arrive around oct 20-22 well It took longer than that and I was like ahh it’s probably just late days pass and pass so it’s nov first and I had to do some so I contacted customer service through service wanted to save time and was attended really well but I told him my order was taking longer than what it was originally supposed to be I wasn’t trying to make a big deal he said yea my package got lost and he would REPLACE it for a new pair. I check my order status and it says I have to return air pods in order to get a replacement but wait I never even got my AirPods so I was tired of it and callled customer service and this guy was very RUDE about and said he couldn’t find my billing order so I was really frustrated about that. Later that day I called again because this wasn’t okay anymore so I called and this really nice lady helped me out and omg my billing number was there so she helped me out and today I received my stuff but don’t recommend it’s too much of a problem for a simple object not worth it don’t purchase from here just go to the store. Some guy from customer service was sooo rude l

It is awesome that l can watch this show on 9 now, as for some reason, l can’t watch 9Gem on my tv & so l heard how everybody l knew was so into this show & saying it was great & l was perplexed why l couldn’t access the channel. I found out it was on STAN OR BINGE & was disappointed as l get Netflix & then l was thinking when l saw an ad for 9Now & downloaded it & found it their in the menu. I was elated, as l like these kind of shows & since l played the first episode, l was hooked, & am loving it immensely & have discovered their are more shows that l intend to watch. It is an awesome array of shows of all calibers that you can access. So l can see that l will be watching 9Now all the time, instead of watching shows that are re-runs or do not interest me l will look to 9Now as the place to go for my catch ups or new or old shoes etc. Thankyou for creating such a variety of shows etc that are more entertaining & my one shop viewing. App has been frustrating but good support response
An update to my review below: the support team responded and advised how to resolve our issues. The first attempt didn’t work well, but after more investigation and work on their end, the app is now running trouble-free for us. As a result I’m happy with the app, apart from the repetitive ads! My recommendation now is that if you have an issue, contact the support team who have done a great job in resolving the problems we were experiencing.
Previous review: Struggling to find anything good to say about this.
— keeps stopping and stalling, sometimes every 20 sec, sometimes every minute. It isn’t our broadband connection, we have great speed. Takes forever to watch one show on 9, not an issue on other apps.
— the ads are repetitive; the same ad is very often played twice in a row.
— it doesn’t remember which episode you were up to and doesn’t always mark an episode as played, even if watched right to the end, so can take a while to figure out which one to watch next.
Tonight is the pits. We have been trying to watch a single episode of 24 for the past 90 minutes, have deleted and reloaded the app, and it just isn’t able to load the content. Possibly the Channel 9 servers are not up to the job.
This is a shame since I’d really like to watch more programs.
My recommendation is to don’t waste your time.

Oh the ads! Very limited app
My TV doesn’t pick up free to air so I stream 9Now on my Chromecast.
Casting the app takes so long. First you have to select it, then wait for it to load, and then you have to select stream again.
You also have to do this for every episode as it won’t automatically play the next one.
Plus it doesn’t remember where in an episode you last watched so it always starts at the beginning. BUT only after it makes you sit through 3-5 irrelevant ads. And if you want to skip ahead to where you were previously watching, you have to sit through another few ads. Not ideal.
And it doesn’t always show which was the last episode you watched. It’s really hit and miss.
There’s no option to save or favourite a show so you can keep them in one place.
I know it’s a free to air channel, but this app has way too many ads. I wish it was more like SBS or ABC where you watch a couple ads at the start of the show, and maybe throw in one or two during. However I feel I watch an equal amount of ads as I do the show. And as soon as you start to get into the storyline BAM!! hello ads for stupid shows I don’t want to watch.
I don’t often use the app as even though it’s free, there’s too many ads. Currently watching the Mindy Project, but will most likely stop using again once finished the series.
